⭐︎ Bring your own drink at a dinner. I've had 857 before but never had 657. The sweetness stands out from the tingling gasiness that is typical of Kaze no Mori. It is no longer a white wine. A little too sweet for me. The second bottle, Tasake, is a royal taste. It has dignity. Beer×2→Kaze no Mori→Tasake→Nechi Otokoyama

⭐︎ At FUKUNOTORI Kanda, which is owned by a 12th grade junior in high school. This guy has superb knowledge of sake. Every time, he prepares sake that I have never had before.  Sakuta's special junmai. Naturally, this was my first time drinking it. It is a fashionable sake with lactic acidity, little bitterness, and relatively good flavor. It goes well with yakitori. I even had ramen noodles to finish off the meal 🍜. Beer → Sakuta → Awamorori → Shimehari-zuru new sake → Sawanohana → I forgot x 4 kinds of sake.

⭐︎ My wife bought this Shichiken at the foot of Yatsugatake in Yamanashi. It seems to be the newest of the new sake. The sweetness stands out. Green apple 🍏Sweetness is gone and sourness peeks out and turns to bitterness. It goes well with Houtou, stir-fried pork belly and vegetables with oyster sauce, and grilled dodeca log shiitake mushrooms. Beer→Shichiken→I don't know yet.

⭐︎ At dinner last night. Junmai sake with an unusual name from Tomikyunaga. It is said to be a sake to support my working father with respect and gratitude 😂. So it's a food sake that goes well with everything my dad likes...yakitori, sashimi, appetizers...you name it. It is dry and has umami flavor. It is a refreshing and crisp sake. Beer → Tomikyucho → Urakasumi → Hakurakusei → Drunken Whale → Hyakujuro → I forgot

⭐︎ After Crystal K's concert at Billboard Live TOKYO. Sake-torin-san next to Midtown. We had a bottle of Shangiku Denshogiku. It doesn't have the sharpness that is typical of Kangiku. It is tasty, but not enough. It does not have a refreshing taste. Or is it a sake with such a taste? Beer → Kangiku → Takachiyo → Hishigan → Hatsuson → Jikin → I forgot 😢.

⭐︎ Onna village out of season since yesterday. Rarely with my wife 😱. It's sushi at the hotel 🍣It's all reserved. The first cup is Kuroryu. 4.650 yen/gou 😢 Al mixed daiginjo. Almost no aroma? (maybe due to autumn pollen). Taste is modest pear + greffle. It is a dry and beautiful sake with moderate sweetness. Goes well with sushi. I didn't realize it was a brew until I went back to my room and looked at the label. In the room, 2 beers + white wine -> Kuroryu + 3 old Awamori bottles + martini 🍸.

The sweetness stands out, but it is not sharp. It also goes well with snacks. It is delicious. It's a quintessence. Beer -> 2 kinds of Jyushiyo -> Kudokibe -> Isoboast -> Hakuin Masamune

⭐︎ At a farewell party for a colleague. premium飲み放題@3.600円/2.5時間の蕎麦屋で飲み倒しました. The taste is clean and refreshing, as is typical of Hiyoroki. The balance of acidity + moderate sweetness + richness of rice is elegant, and it was excellent among the sake we drank that day. Beer x2 -> Jikin -> Akabu -> Nabeshima Tobiroki → Takeyuki → I forgot 😢.

⭐︎ I bought this sake at Kyokui Tanaka Sake Brewery where I toured the brewery between my business trips to Sapporo last month. It seems to be the only sake brewery in Otaru. The modest aroma is fruit + alcohol. It is a middle-bodied food sake. The alcohol 17 degrees is somewhat heavy. I'm having it with oysters in a clay pot from noon 😎.

⭐︎ With my senior business partner of 30 years. Soba Takase in Jimbocho. The first sake we drank was Hana-yosu. 2.800 yen/unit. It is expensive. By the way, NO.6-S was 3.500 yen. The cost of sake was too much. HANA-YOUKAKU is as delicious as ever. It has a strong acidity, a gaseous taste, and a good sweetness. It was delicious with matsutake mushrooms, but expensive. Beer x2 -> Hahayokyu -> Kuroryu -> Suminoe -> Kuroryu -> Tasake

⭐︎ In the neighborhood with colleagues from work. This is my first time to Mt. I heard on the news just last weekend that the autumn leaves🍁 are beautiful in this mountain. It's dark only for autumn sake. The aroma is also strong with fruit (like pear?). It has a sweetness that is not unpleasant. It went well with sashimi. The quality of Yataro is worse than that 😤. Beer x 2 -> Kurikomayama -> Tasake -> Kurokirishima x 2 bottles (for 4 people)

⭐︎ After golfing in Susono, we went to Kanichi Sushi in Mishima. A parade of Shizuoka sake. First glass of Hakuin Masamune. It is made by Takashima Sake Brewery in Numazu. I have the impression that most of their sake is dry, but this is a quintessential autumnal sake. It was a delicious sake, not too dry and not too sweet, with a moderate assertiveness. It is a good sake for a meal that goes well with fish. Beer → Hakuin Masamune → Kaiun → Shitaizumi → Kikusen → white wine at the hotel

⭐︎ Three of us had dinner with our seniors and colleagues from work. It seems that the sake is brewed using all pesticide-free rice rice. The sake is slightly spicy at the beginning, but only a little. As for the taste, the modest acidity and sweetness collaborate well, and it is malty and delicious. I drank too much while talking about how HIDEHIKO MATSUMOTO trained himself as a ronin 😢. ⭐︎ It's been raining since early morning today, dreary and gloomy. I managed to walk Momo-san early in the morning, gave up running and did my best to go to the gym, then had a late lunch. Lunch drinks are good 😎. Korean food all around...pancakes - possum - lotus root jung - homemade kimchi...it's a Korean festival. Just went from beer to sake. Junmai Daiginjo Hiyayogoshi from Eikofuji is rich and sweet and eases the spiciness. I'm still drinking 😢 drunk🥵.

⭐︎ Long time no see at the sake bar itoshi-sa. I had my first autumn sake from Tedorigawa. It smells like bananas on the palate 🍌. It does not feel so dry, but has a rich flavor and fullness that is typical of autumn sake. Is it a collaboration of dryness and richness with a sense of autumn leaves🍁? ⭐︎ At the second restaurant on the first day of my business trip to Hokkaido. At a small restaurant in Susukino arranged by the Sapporo branch manager. I said "Kangiku" when I saw the label, but it was a local sake from Hakodate. 🙇‍♂️ It is a junmai ginjo sake with a sweet ripe fruit aroma, followed by umami and a sour aftertaste - a pleasant sharpness that lingers. I remembered it even though I had a stupid tongue at the second restaurant 👏. After the first course, we had miso ramen. It was so delicious!

⭐︎ At a review meeting after climbing Mt. Genji in front of Mishima station. I was so exhausted that I forgot what it tasted like. It might have been too strong because it was a raw sake. I know now that it was brewed sake. Oh, well. The first and last Mt. Fuji tour was hard, but since we were over 50 years old, we took our time and took lots of breaks. The sunrise was around the 9th station. The fourth picture is the view of the Northern Alps from the summit. The descent was covered with sand as the course went from Osunabori to the crater of Mt.

⭐︎ Last night we had a drink with three old men who are connected to the same company in our group. I have only a few days left in my life at the company. We drank a lot of alcohol while talking about our dreams for the future. Gagakuyo Gekka. This is my first sake. It is a light, dry sake that goes well with this time of year. It has a strong fruity aroma, followed by a sourness that quickly disappears and goes down your throat. It went well with Japanese food 😁.  Beer×2→Akabu→Sharaku→Kangiku→Tenshu→Hiroki→Garakudai→Jikin
