⭐︎ I went to a sushi restaurant at the top of Dogenzaka where a young woman is the proprietress and sushi chef. Just out of curiosity. The sushi and snacks were reasonably good and I felt like I was well trained in sushi. We moved on from beer to sake, but the three of us had 4 gos of sake. It was super low. Jun Daiginjo from Tatenogawa. It couldn't not be delicious. It was a precious sake. Beer x 1 -> Tsumamizumari -> Tatenokawa -> Drunken Whale -> Shimantogawa -> Shaoxing sake at Nagasaki Restaurant 🙇‍♂️

⭐︎ First business trip to Nagano in half a year. After the yakitori restaurant, I went to a soba noodle restaurant in front of the station. Booby seems to mean "skipjack" in English. It was the second half of the night when I was drunk, so I don't remember much 😢. Beer -> hoppy x3 -> Masumi -> Daishinshu -> Jyukyu

⭐︎ At FUKUNOTORI Kanda, a restaurant owned by a high school junior. This restaurant has a reputation for its delicious yakitori and a wide selection of sake. On this day, I was with four business-related fathers. After beer, our first sake was Morishima Junmai. It has a modest ginjo aroma, mixed with acidity, bitterness, and umami, but it also has a freshness that makes it a perfect sake to open the mouth. I drank too much again! 2 beers → Morishima → Kurei (first time) → Tama Sakura → Kaze no Mori → I don't have a picture so I don't know.

⭐︎ On the last day of the Bon vacation, my wife and I had a rare lunchtime drink at Tempura. The restaurant prepared a bottle of Jikin. This is my first time drinking Asahi. It has a faint aroma and a thick mouthfeel. However, it quickly fades away and transitions to a refreshing feeling. It is delicious. Went great with the tempura 😃. Beer -> Jikin -> Kuheiji -> Akabu It's lunchtime, so it's moderate 😏.

⭐︎ At a dinner with colleagues. It is MIYASAKA by Miyasaka Shuzo, famous for Masumi. It was the first time I had it. It has a rich flavor and a sweetness that goes away easily. It is not summery, but it goes well with beer after a hot summer day. It was delicious. Beer x 2 -> Miyasaka -> Kanryu -> I forgot

⭐︎ I made a business trip to Ueda for the first time in half a year. I made plans to go to Okazaki Sake Brewery in between. I was able to buy a bottle of Yamae-nishiki. And we went to "Rarawanya" for dinner at night. They had Kinmon-nishiki. It was a sake full of Kamerei's character. Beer x 2 -> Kamerei x 2 -> Mutual -> Yamasan

Mr. Duke Shibusawa It's hot every day🫠🥵. When I have a business trip to Ueda, I take the bullet train one line earlier than the meeting and wait for my colleagues at the station via Okazaki Sake Brewery 😂In case of emergency, I ask my sister who lives in Karuizawa to go to Ueda to buy some food😅.

⭐︎ Tuesday customer drinking. FUKU NO TORI Kanda. High school student 12 years my junior's restaurant. The appetizers and yakitori are excellent and the sake pairings are as usual. Delicious. Higashi Tsuru summer sake from Saga. Dry, refreshing, and just right for opening the mouth. Beer x 2 -> Azumatsuru -> Funakayasaku -> Hyakumoku -> about 5 kinds of sake -> ramen noodles 🍜. I did it again 😢.

⭐︎ Yesterday I had yakitori with my college juniors. Next to beer was a summer jun of Kamo Kanehide. It has a freshness typical of summer sake and a sharpness typical of Kamo Kanehide. It was a summer sake with an aroma and a light but full-bodied flavor. Delicious 😏. 2 beers → Kamo Kanehide → Kuroryu → Akabu →Then we changed the bar and had fresh hoppies! I drank too much again 😎.

⭐︎ First sake in a long time. Kuheiji Terroir. We met for the first time. The aroma is gorgeous, and the flavor is delicious. The freshness that is typical of Kuheiji is thin, and after the sweetness, it tastes like wine. It seems to have been aged in wine barrels. It went very well with tempura. Beer×2→Kuheiji→New Zealand wine→Nouguchi Laboratory

⭐︎ Last Thursday's Sashi-Drinking @ Tempura Sato🍤. From the rare sakes of the day No.6, Jikin and Hiroki, I had Jikin and No.6. X-Type Sweet as usual. The gas is reasonable but too sweet for me 😢. R-Type is just right for me. After that, Jikin is a well-balanced sake that goes well with Sashimi and Tempura. Beer x 2 -> No.6 + Jikin + Hakurakusei

⭐︎ Three days ago at Usagiya behind Kawasaki City Hall. Akabu Junmai Ginjo. I hadn't had it in a while. It has a fruity aroma, a ginjo aroma, a moderate sweetness, and an acidity that goes away. Is it a food sake that goes well with ate? It was delicious 😁. Beer x2 -> Akabu -> Saku -> Jyushiyo -> Isobojiman -> Curry 🍛 for the end.

⭐︎ At a dinner the day before yesterday. Dashi and Graduates" in Kagurazaka. It was a stylish oden restaurant. The sake lineup was small, but they had Shinshu Kirei. I had the last 2 gou of sake. It is indeed Kinmon-nishiki. The description says "gorgeous, elegant, fresh and fruity". Delicious. Beer x 2 -> 4 other kinds (I forgot)

⭐︎ I went to personal training in the morning, and in the afternoon I went out for a quiet drink at home for the first time in a while. I brewed it in the refrigerator for 2 months. It was brewed in the refrigerator for 2 months. Is it rich and light? It has a certain umami, but it is fresh. The strong gaseous taste was also good. It went well with a dark Chinese wine.

⭐︎ Last weekend, I drank my first sake in a long time. It was a wish I received from a business partner about a year ago. It was a wonderful sake with no deterioration because I kept it carefully in the fridge. It has a freshness like a fresh sake, a slight aroma and a melon-like mouthfeel. The sweetness is only at the beginning and disappears quickly and has a very nice aftertaste. Delicious 😋.

⭐︎ Yesterday was GW work day. About 1/3 of the employees. Haneya was served during the sushi - sake pairing of the evening dinner. It seems to be one of a series brewed by Fumikiku Sake Brewery with various sake rice. Beautiful label. The aroma was gorgeous, with a full-bodied sweetness that quickly fades and gives way to acidity. It was like a sour taste. The bottle was about 70 cc x 7 kinds of pairings, which was not much 😢.

About 10 days ago, I drank Toichi on a JAL flight. It was my first time drinking it, and it was very tasty. The flavor of the rice was not too sweet, and it had a light acidity. It is made from Hakutsuru-nishiki sake rice, apparently. 　Champagne -> Toichi -> Tokaimori

⭐︎ Sogapale was available in a set of three sold on line by Masaruya @ Tamapura. The other is Mitsuo Yamakawa - Miyazumi. The name says that it was brewed using the raw yeast method, which was the mainstream method 100 years ago. This is a white wine. If you don't drink it thinking it is sake, you won't recognize it at all. As expected of Obuse Winery. It also went well with sushi.

⭐︎ Six of us with colleagues and business partners. Furyinka in Fujigaoka on the Denentoshi Line. This restaurant has a wide selection of sake. However, the only snack is oden. But you can bring your own. Akiga. This is my first time to drink sake in Osaka. Unlimited sake for 4.000 yen. So I have no memory of it 😂.

⭐︎ At New Reba Restaurant in Ebisu, where I took two of my junior colleagues from work last week. The unit price has gone up a bit, but the quality of the yakitori and sake is high. Beer -> Kuheiji -> Koei Kiku -> Kangiku -> Tedorigawa -> Gangi -> Tenmei -> I forgot.
