ichiro18A bottle of Tasake that I bought at Masaruya, which I visited during GW, because there was only one bottle in the fridge.
I don't know the difference because I don't drink much Yamahai brewed sake to begin with, but I'll try it.
The aroma is fruity, like pineapple. The mouthfeel is clean, with a beautiful sweetness and a light umami flavor. It has a refreshingly tasty flavor with a clean acidity that lingers in the aftertaste.
As one would expect from a rice wine, it was easy to drink and still delicious ✨. Satochanmildly dry (taste)
Sweet aroma, sharp attack. Mild dry taste. It goes in smoothly and has a dry richness.
I'll be 66 soon, so I thought I'd drink it while I still can 🤣. 

ichiro18Kraft saké with hops from my favorite instrument Masamune, I haven't had hops in it since rice and agave, but I'm very excited to see how it will turn out with instrument Masamune! I can't wait to see how it turns out!
I couldn't really tell if the aroma was from the hops or not, although there was a hint of a fragrance.
The mouthfeel is light and the gas is pitchy. A clean sweetness spreads out (I like this clear sweetness in instrumental Masamune) and ends with a slightly citrusy aftertaste!
On the third day, the sweetness feels juicy and melon-like, and I start to notice a bitter aftertaste, perhaps from the hop component.
The alcohol was 12 degrees, but it was tasty enough to enjoy ✨. ma-ki-Good evening, ichiro18!

The top aroma was sweet with a hint of fruit, and the hint of melon, and the fruit-like sweetness was followed by sourness and acidity, which left a clean taste.
I wonder if the brand name "KYUHARU" or the fruity sweetness is an image of the arrival of the exciting baseball season.

It was a cold and snowy day, so I enjoyed it at home.
It has a subtle sweet aroma, a slight gas in the mouth, and a delicious flavor, followed by a strong sourness and bitterness that lingers for a long time.
I just nodded my head as I sipped it.
On the second day, the corners were removed and the sweetness began to spread. Tenbi純米吟醸 うすにごり生原酒 桃天純米吟醸原酒生酒にごり酒 SatochanActually, it's dry.
Aroma: Fruity, smooth attack. Taste: Dry and refreshing. It goes in smoothly with a hint of richness.
Unlike its fruity appearance, it is actually dry 🤣.

New Year's Day Sake.
I stopped by Masariya at the end of the year and bought some.
The first sake was a hot bottle of Junmai (Junmai rice).
After that, I had this Amami. It was the first nigori since Mr. Fujioka left the company.
It was a bit thin, but the acidity, sweetness, and light fizziness were typical of Amami.

All Gakkies are delicious, but this Forte Piano is a special honjozo, which means it is not a junmai sake, but I dare say it is a honjozo! It is a mellow sake! It is a mellow and delicious yet easy-drinking bottle! 湘南の漢First winter weather? Snow heaven? was purchased.
When I opened the bottle, it smelled like peach and lychee.

Went to the 7th anniversary of my mother-in-law's death in the morning and bought grilled chicken and sea bream sashimi on the way home. After returning home, we have a lunchtime drink.
This is my first time drinking Kanbokuto.
It has a strong richness and umami of rice, which is typical of nigori sake, with some sweetness.
Delicious 🤤.
As stated on the back label, the aroma of moromi and pleasant spiciness are in harmony.
