⭐︎ Today was supposed to be my first golf ⛳️ with my high school classmates in 5 years, but it was cancelled due to a downpour. We ate Houtou, checked into the hotel early, and have been drinking since 2pm. Ganki Junmai Daiginjo Minamoto. Ganki is my favorite sake from Yamaguchi prefecture, but this Mino Wagtaki is exceptional. 　Beer -> whiskey rocks x 4 -> hot spring -> beer -> shochu rocks x 2 -> Ganki -> maybe a while

⭐︎ I am on a business trip from Ueda to Nagano from yesterday. After greeting customers and visiting Ueda City Hall, I bought Yamae-Nishiki Hi-ire at Okazaki-san. I moved to Nagano, had a drink at a soba noodle restaurant, and got borraged at a snack bar, and then went to Kakuuchi in front of the station to finish up. I found Kamerei and asked the owner to drink it. I no longer remember the taste 😢. Excuse me. Beer -> Nishinomon -> Kitagyo -> Daishinshu -> Masumi -> Tomato high x2 -> High ball -> Lemon high x2 -> Shinshu Kamerei 😢.

It is a good food sake. It also goes well with fish. Delicious. Beer → Hakuin Masamune → Shitaizumi → Isoban → Highball

⭐︎ At dinner last night. Kutsui in Futakotamagawa. It is a soba restaurant with a sunken hearth in the room. The original Kutsui. It is not a junmai sake, but I can forgive it. It is fragrant and dry, but fruity. I heard that it cost less than 2,000 yen for 300 cc. It was not expensive, so 🆗. 2 beers -> Kutsui -> sweet potato on the rocks It was moderate.

⭐︎ Last night, as our wedding anniversary was approaching, we went to a teppanyaki restaurant for business for my wife. The price of alcohol was high, so I stopped at 3 glasses of 120cc. This is my second glass of Senya-no-Kame. It was my first time. It is a dark unfiltered raw sake. However, it is not too heavy, and after drinking it, you can feel it drain right out of your mouth. It went well with fatty dishes. Beer -> Nooguchi -> Senya no Kame -> Kaygetsu... I was also drinking white wine 😎.

⭐︎ I was in Nagano on a business trip yesterday. So I visited kaku.uchi in front of Nagano station for the third time, which was mentioned in Ane's post the day before. It was a corner bar for about 6 people, but there were rare sakes unique to Nagano. The third sake we drank was a light nigori from Yamazan. The heavy sweetness, richness of rice, and crispness of nigori sake were wonderful. I drank too much sake at three houses. Beer x2 -> No.6S-R -> Tobiroki -> Yamazan -> 2 kinds of Kamerei -> Daishinshu -> Yamazan...I forgot 😢.

⭐︎ Sunday, May 5, Children's Day. After climbing Mt. Daisen, we had a review meeting at a friend's house in Chigasaki. I was too old to climb a mountain for the first time. It was pretty tough 😢. So, we had a reflection meeting. This is a natural sake brewed by a very old method. It took a lot of effort and a long time to brew. Despite that I forgot the taste 🙇‍♂️ But I remember it was delicious 😁.

⭐︎ Went to the 7th anniversary of my mother-in-law's death in the morning and bought grilled chicken and sea bream sashimi on the way home. After returning home, we have a lunchtime drink. This is my first time drinking Kanbokuto. It has a strong richness and umami of rice, which is typical of nigori sake, with some sweetness. Delicious 🤤. As stated on the back label, the aroma of moromi and pleasant spiciness are in harmony. Lunch sake is a good choice 😁.

This was my first Tachiharu Asashibori series. It was different from what I was expecting, but it was very rich, mellow, umami, sweet, and full-bodied, and on the contrary, very delicious. ⭐︎ Tomonori Junmai Ginjo is from Gassan brewery, Yoshida Shuzo in Shimane. It seems to be the name of the president. As you can imagine from the tag, it has a rich flavor. The bitterness, sweetness, and umami all assert themselves, but they are well balanced. It was delicious with Japanese food. Beer → Tomonori → Kasen → Enayama → Kawazuru → Kuheiji light nigori

⭐︎ I received a line from "Masariya" saying that the Kuheiji light nigori I had reserved had arrived, so I went to collect it. I had no plans for the middle day of a three-day weekend. So we had lunchtime sake. We had a simple oyster nabe and sake. The first Kuheiji light nigori I have had in a year is delicious. The aroma is moderate. When you drink it, it is sweet. But when you turn it around in your mouth, you can feel the acidity, the tangy gasiness, and the umami that is typical of Yamada-Nishiki. Beer (black + lager) → Kuheiji → the rest of Tsururei

⭐︎ I skipped work and got this Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki-san when I went on a one-day business trip to Ueda last week. Last night, I took the liberty of drinking it as a birthday celebration. It is one of the sharpest raw sake I have had recently. It was so delicious that I shared it with the owner. Beer → Kamerei → Kuroryu → Kagatobi → Nechiozan And then we sank 😢.
