⭐︎ Bring your own drink at a dinner. I've had 857 before but never had 657. The sweetness stands out from the tingling gasiness that is typical of Kaze no Mori. It is no longer a white wine. A little too sweet for me. The second bottle, Tasake, is a royal taste. It has dignity. Beer×2→Kaze no Mori→Tasake→Nechi Otokoyama

⭐︎ I skipped work and got this Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki-san when I went on a one-day business trip to Ueda last week. Last night, I took the liberty of drinking it as a birthday celebration. It is one of the sharpest raw sake I have had recently. It was so delicious that I shared it with the owner. Beer → Kamerei → Kuroryu → Kagatobi → Nechiozan And then we sank 😢.

Hi Duke 😃I want to bring Shinshu Kamerei to a sushi restaurant and drink it 🍶The brand I'm drinking and sushi seem to go together so well, I've decided to eat sushi tonight after a long time 🤣.

⭐︎ Thank you for your comment, Manachie. The second half of the day was so slow that I don't remember what I ate for sushi. It's no good. Manachie, you have a rich vocabulary, which I respect.

Good morning, Duke Shibusawa 😃. I know it's late, but happy birthday 🎂🎁🎉. I'm so glad you brought it to the sushi restaurant: ❗️ I think it was a perfect match with sushi because it has a moderate sourness.

Hi Duke Shibusawa, ☀️ Happy Birthday 🎉🎂🎂🎁🎉The pairing of sushi and Shinshu Kamerei is wonderful ❣️ I've never had Kamerei, which is a limited edition from a brewery, so I'd like to try it once 😆.

⭐︎ Thank you for your comment, Chichi: 🙇‍♂️ I don't want to say it too loud, but I'm 62 years old, so it's not a cause for celebration 😂. I'm not so good at drinking anymore, and I'm going to try harder.

⭐︎ Thank you for your comment, Gararin. I'm quite old, but I appreciate it. 🙇‍♂️ Shinshu Kamerei is excellent. Especially this time's raw sake. I will make a business trip to Ueda to get it again.

⭐︎ Continuing from last week, we went to Ogura-san. We had a bottle of Hououmida, the last of the sake we brought in. The description says that it was brewed using "Yume Sarara," Tochigi's sake rice grown in the clean air, soil, and water of Nikko, in a "nama-hashiroshi" style. It is heavy and full-bodied. The sweetness stands out, but it is not unpleasant, and after a while it changes to a light acidity. Although it is full-bodied, it does not interfere with snacks. It is indeed a Houou Mita. It went well with unotan (sea urchin). Beer → Hououmida → Isumi Bridge → Nachiozan It was delicious.

Hi Duke, ☺️ sea urchin looks so delicious. ❗️ I would love to try sea urchin and Bida, but it's hard to eat such good sea urchin unless you go to a restaurant😇.
Japanese>English
デューク澁澤
⭐︎ Hello, Manachie. The sea urchin on the left is salt water sea urchin from Hakodate and the one on the right seems to be purple sea urchin from Yamaguchi. Both were delicious and matched with Houou Mita. I won't be able to go back for a while 😢.

Hi Duke Shibusawa 😃. I'm too jealous because I love oysters 🦪 as well as sea urchins 🦪 ‼️ You're also very good at marrying them with Mida👍.

⭐︎ I sent a bottle of sake I purchased from Masaruyasan's hanpukai to the store. This sake was brewed by Tasake and Izumihashi by exchanging their respective sake rice. The label is nice. This is Izumihashi from Kanagawa Prefecture. I drank it compared to Tasake. The aroma is almost Arimasen. The sweetness stands out at first and lingers. Then, the fullness of the rice is understated. The sharpness is not so great. The Tasake, by the way, has a moderate sweetness and a sharpness that is typical of Tasake. This one goes better with sushi. Beer -> 3.5 gou of Izumihashi Tasake

Good morning😄 I see you have a restaurant where you can bring your own food. Sushi looks expensive 🍣. I'm sure you'll drink a lot in no time if you drink while comparing the two!

Good morning, Duke Shibuya 😃. That's awesome that you brought 5 bottles. You must be a pretty regular customer ❗️ And you can compare the masterpiece labels 👍.

⭐︎ Good morning, Ane-san. If you can bring your own, that means you have to pay a reasonable opening fee. Masaru-yasan's distribution plan is great, but I can't drink 6 bottles.

⭐︎ Good morning, Manachie. The bottle is a beautiful collaboration sake. It was in the hanpukai. Last month it was Tobiroki and Sogapale. It is high quality. I don't remember much about sushi 😭.

⭐︎ Good morning, Chichi! I went to pick it up at the distributor and sent 5/6 bottles straight to them. I've been going to this store for about 15 years, so that's some...less than 2 bottles for the two of us. I did my best for an old person.

⭐︎ First time in 6 months at Sushi Ogura @Hiroo. This place serves only one type of Nechiozan, so I bought it at a liquor store in Shibuya's Goodwill district and brought it in. Note to open the bottle, it is not as gassy as it should be, but it has a nice tingling sensation and a modest aroma. The acidity is especially noticeable, followed by a slight sweetness and bitterness. As expected from a popular sake brewery. Delicious. In the first photo, the woman on the far right is Claudia. Anna was there too 😁.

⭐︎ I went to Sushi Ogura in Hiroo with a business partner. We brought "Saku" and "Koei Kiku". Saku Sanonochi Junmai Ginjo. I had SNOW CRECENT first, so it tasted very normal. Fresh and clean aroma. Style? Definitely a heavy sake. Delicious.

☆ It's been a long time since Sushi Ogura. They serve only one kind of sake. But it's a carefully selected sake for sushi. The aroma is a slight sweet ginjo scent. When you put it in your mouth, umami and sweetness spread in harmony. And the modest acidity tightens the whole in good balance. It is a clean and beautiful sake. I drank too much 😢.

Duke Shibusawa-san Good morning ☀️. You're having a drink at an expensive restaurant again 😱. The rice peeked out a little bit, so I realized it was sushi 😋 looks good!

☆ Thank you honda for your comment. I have not been able to go to a restaurant almost since this year. I'll be refraining from going to restaurants from next week until the end of the Bon Festival because of the emergency declaration. I'm going to buy more sake online😢.
