At FUKUNOTORI Kanda, which is owned by a 12th grade junior in high school.
This guy has superb knowledge of sake. Every time, he prepares sake that I have never had before.
Sakuta's special junmai. Naturally, this was my first time drinking it. It is a fashionable sake with lactic acidity, little bitterness, and relatively good flavor.
It goes well with yakitori. I even had ramen noodles to finish off the meal 🍜.
Beer → Sakuta → Awamorori → Shimehari-zuru new sake → Sawanohana → I forgot x 4 kinds of sake.

Good evening Duke 🦉.
I've only seen Sakuta from you guys in Tochigi, but not actually 😳It's wonderful that you're offering us an undrinkable 😊The name Ibushigin, its label and the atmosphere of your juniors are a great match 👍✨.

Good evening Duke Shibusawa 😃.
12 below my high school 😳 great connection 🤗.
Pon-chan's "Sakuta is from Tochigi..."? I thought it was after Jay left 😅I'm also curious about the x4 types I forgot 😆.

Thank you, Pon-chan, for everything you do. The owner is self-taught in the study of sake and buys sake directly from the brewery. The yakitori is also delicious and well received by the customers I introduced him to.
Please make it on your list when you come here.

Jay & Nobby, thank you for your continued support. We have been friends for about 15 years through our high school alumni association's Tokyo chapter connection. We went to Nikko the week before last. It closed early but we had good sake 😎.
