At Kaki-numa-san. I'm sure you didn't have this last year💦 I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it again. It's a rare green bottle. 3 grains of Yamada Nishiki ❗️without the jagged edge Confirmation👍 First day of opening the bottle. The aroma is the same as always. Muscat, lychee type Omine style! The first sip, what? Surprisingly light! The aftertaste is refreshing and there is no sense of aging? The temperature rises and it's the second sip. The richness and flavor increase. But the usual sweetness of Omine is not so much. but it is light and refreshing. The sharpness is not bad. It's more of a hiyaoroshi feeling It's a special junmai from the brewery! It creates a sense of security, so I feel it's more like a food sake. However, it is not young. I like the impression that it is well rounded👍. It is delicious and normal. It is the food of the season It's the perfect complement to autumn food and you can also taste the sake well😋. Even a bottle of sake is totally fine❗️ and you can drink it endlessly ♾. and you can drink endlessly😝. The second day The sweetness and deliciousness rise exceptionally ⤴️. This is the best part of drinking at home. This is the type that gets even better after opening the bottle❗️this😁. It's a great way to enhance your meal. Hiya oroshi autumn agari concept is good ❓😅.

At Kaki-numa-san. The label is different from the past. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. I'm the kind of person who gets involved in unusual things😅. I don't know if it's scary or not. I don't know what to say💦. It's usually written on the back label. It's on the front label. In addition, the picture of the local sacred mountain Mt. It is a different pattern from the usual. I feel it is special even if it is limited. The aroma is faint, but You can feel the usual kudoki-gei. The umami-sweetness comes at first. But the aftertaste and but the aftertaste is light. At Kaki-numa-san. I've got about three reviews piling up. I just put them in the fridge a while ago! I was lucky enough to get this one ✌️. I've had more than one bottle of this before, so I'm not sure what to expect. Unfortunately, I can't tell you what the aroma is💦 The basic taste of sweetness, umami, bitterness I'm sure you'll enjoy it. There is nothing to write home about. It is amazing that the average value that can harmonize this balance I think it's amazing to be able to make this balance 🙆️. A wine that accompanies the seasonal ingredients I have no complaints👍. The refrigerator of the shop has already Orange and brown color change❗️ It's still hot, but I can feel the fall in the sunrise and sunset😊.

This is my 9th bottle of mimurosugi this year. I've been drinking more than one bottle a month💦. But the kanji label is my first 😝! This one was released at the same time as the This is a prize-winning sake that was entered in the New Sake Competition. It comes in a paulownia box which makes you feel a bit rich. The price is the same as that of Bodai-Kaiban. The shopkeeper told me that it is completely different from Bodhidharma! You can't lose if you drink it! He told me I love Mimuro so much, and it shook my heart. I was so worried about it and finally bought it✌️. The aroma is more rich than usual Mimuro Sugi. It's not too clean and watery like most expensive sake. It's not too clean and watery. The flavor of the standard blue label is condensed and harmonized with sweetness, and It has a lot of fullness. It has a well-balanced taste that is typical of Mimuro. It is unusually aluzoe, but but there is an impression that does not let you feel it at all. Don't worry about the price. It has a light sweetness like a musical instrument Masamune It also has a light honeyed taste and and a pleasant sense of gas. Similar to a green honjozo Junmaishu I guess😅. So why not just use Honjozo? No, no, I stick to Junmai. The number on the label is Queen. The girl on the label is a Queen? I don't know, but... The low 12% alcohol is a recent trend.
