10/1 is Sake Day and Glasses Day. The rustic flavor of rice is joined by a light melon-like fruitiness, with a lactic juice-like flavor spread, and a refreshing green apple-like sensation in the aftertaste.
Sake fans know this day as Sake Day, as the sake event "Goaland" is held on October 1. Furthermore, sake fans also know that this day is "glasses day.
The reason for this is this popular limited edition sake called "Haginotsuru Megane Exclusive!
Good night 🌠
Here it is today~!
I've been curious about these glasses every time I saw them at a local liquor store 🕶️🕶️
I finally got them this time 🤣.
It tastes fruity, sour and light 💮.
Hagino Shuzo is a cat label😺, no wonder it's delicious💮💮♥️
Good thing I'm a glasses boy👓.
This is very delicious 🤤.
The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is like muscat at first, and the aftertaste is strawberry🍓.
It is a refreshing sake with just the right amount of stimulation that leaves a lingering chill on the tip of the tongue 🍶.
I am convinced that the brewers with glasses can even see the bacteria!
The extra glasses wipes that come with the sake 🥸 are also very comfortable to wipe with, just like the glasses wearers feel. 🕶️
They cleaned up really well 🤩.
Glasses are worn during grass baseball games.
Refreshing and juicy. Refreshing apple sweet and sour taste. Not too sweet, just right. To be honest, I bought the packet, but I quite like the taste.
Since it was 10/1, the bottle was opened yesterday and today is the second day!
On the first day, the aroma is unique, and the acidity (is this called apple acidity?) is very strong. The mouthfeel is not so sweet, but there is not so much twang.
It has an image of Senkou with little bitterness.
2nd day
The aftertaste is more pronounced, but the umami does not change that much (is this because the acidity is stronger than the umami?)
Wipe glasses
Can wipe glasses rather nicely 👓.
Very practical👍
Tasted two kinds at Mutoya in Sendai Station.
Left: (1) Gold raw glasses only.
It has a smooth taste with no stickiness and a moderate acidity. More than that, most sake with gold dust in it does not contain that much gold dust, but the amount of gold dust in this one is huge and large! It's gold leaf. Is this a good price?
Right: Hitakami Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha Daccha
This is the last production this year due to product review. It is a Junmai Ginjo made from Miyagi ingredients. It has depth, umami, and a sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time. You can enjoy this lingering taste for a while.
I'll upload the glasses one for now, but both of them are my mom's favorite taste, and she raved about them! (I prefer junmai ginjo with about +1 nihon-degree)
It has been a long time since I have posted.
Finally, tomorrow is my Obon vacation. As a reward, I will have a special gold eyeglasses with gold leaf. It is refreshingly spicy. It is not as sweet as the usual glasses, but has a refreshing feeling that is just right for the time of the year. The gold leaf gives it an extra rating. I served it with hokke (hokke). Thank you Hagino Shuzo for the delicious sake.
