A gift from a tavern friend of mine. I forgot to drink it properly😅. This is the last of the sake I received. It's a holiday and I drink more than usual I'm going to drink more than usual Let's add some more to the comparison💦 The color is quite lemony. Aroma of rice. It's more refreshing than the color The taste is rather refreshing. There is a light sense of being left out. There is little sweetness, and the main flavor is umami. There is a slight aftertaste of rice. The lack of sharpness is a charm😜. It is a very normal dry sake. There is nothing special about it, but but it is a great travel companion with local food. A small bottle is just the right amount of saltiness💦 Ate is boiled and soaked shishito peppers wrapped in shiso leaves. The bitterness of this shishito and the freshness of the shiso leaves the best match to double the flavor of the sake👍. It was hot yesterday😵 The air conditioner in the car was working well, but but there was no way to avoid the unhealthy but the sunshine was unavoidable🥵

tkmt-sama, hi 🎶I got a new one that I don't usually get anyway 😁I used a toothpick to push the shishito peppers in a few places, then I steamed them in the microwave with sake, wrapped them with shiso leaves and boiled them in my favorite broth. Be patient until the flavors sink in😋.
