A205X253At Kaki-numa-san. The stocking day of one week. The aim is 4 bottles. The balance of 1 bottle and 3 bottles. We found everything we wanted, but But two of the four bottles were 1.5 litre bottles. I had planned to buy 1 bottle at first. But due to a change in plans. I had to give up one bottle😭. After consulting with the clerk The Atago no matsuri is back in stock I gave up on the Sasara I gave up on the Atago no Matsuri Sasara and the bottle is now available😝. It was already the first time to drink. The nouveau of Hououmida. The aroma is banana🍌 The delicious taste that spreads to the mouth The first impression👍 The sweet taste and The bitterness that may or may not be with the bitterness. I can't wait to try it 😋. Good impression from last year🥰 Good ❗️Good ‼️. No regrets with a bottle✌️.

Chasing Kame-no-o This is the seventh mix this year. I wanted it because it's a Kouei Chrysanthemum❗️ The aroma is faint. It has the characteristic sweetness of Kouyoungiku. with a light gassy taste. The modern umami is impressive😋. The aftertaste is a bit caramelized and bitter. A little caramel bitterness in the aftertaste, but it gives a good impression of the Kame-no-o feeling👍. Slightly higher pricing💦. I'd like to see more of that. Kouei Kiku-sama😅 I've been told it's a peculiar cheese. Gorgonzola It brings out the sweetness of the drink and Even blue cheese is good😋. We don't use light-shielding bottles It's wrapped one by one like this. The label is also handwritten, which is how I like it. With that kind of prelude I was so excited before I even opened the bottle! The aroma is gorgeous! Is this the aroma of the barrel? It spreads in the mouth. Floral and fruity flavor. There is a slight sweetness that lingers on the tongue, but The bitterness is also impressive. It is not a dry type because it has a good flavor. A well balanced type👍. A205X253At Yokouchi-san. Purchased at the same time as Suwa Miyamanishiki. Drinking comparison😅. The first day I opened the bottle Pear-apple type? The fruity scent of the wine is a perfect match. A strong sense of gas and a sweet and bitter taste and assert the quality of the sake. A little rambunctious general💦 What surprised me was the second day of opening the bottle. The aroma increased. The strong gassiness faded. The balance of flavor and sweetness is well balanced. elegant and very 😻 The same thing happened with Miyamanishiki. You can enjoy it on the first day and The next day it settles down nicely👍. Both are delicious, but I prefer the balance of Suwa Misan Nishiki. The balance of Suwa Miyamanishiki is my favorite. The next choice is decided😅.
