I'll drink it cold first💕 The aroma is slightly fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is unexpectedly sweet💕 It's also refreshing and easy to drink💕 It has a sharpness and a bitterness that comes in at different times 🍶 but it is a well-balanced and delicious sake 🍶. It's good as it is, but I dare you to try heating it up 😁. It has more aroma than cold sake 😃. The sweetness is gone but you can taste the umami of the rice 😁 The bitterness increases but I think this is just as good 😁 It warms you up 💕. It is a set of 5 cups of Kinki local sake 😁. It is a gift from an acquaintance 🍶. It is 📌180ml ¥Unknown 🌈4/5th cup 🌈 Here's the rice! I'll drink it cold first. The aroma is slightly fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink! There is no alcohol feeling at all ⁉️⁉️⁉️ It's light 😅 I don't feel like I'm drinking sake, so I'm going to try it hot 😅 This time I dared to heat it up to the max 😄. The aroma is more alcoholic and it penetrates your nose 😅, but the taste is lighter than I expected 😋. Maybe I warmed it up too much😅. Personally, I imagined it would hit the back of my throat with a bang, so it was a bit of a letdown 😅. I've had it at temperatures ranging from hot to lukewarm to human skin warming, but I felt the most umami when it was lukewarm💕. I think it's interesting that sake can change its taste depending on the temperature 👍 I think I'm going to like heated sake more and more 👍 The ranking at the moment is Uricho 💕💕💕💕💕 Akirika 🍶💕💕💕💕 Kinshigo💕💕💕 Ootsuru 💕💕 Only 1 cup left 😄!

Here's a quick rice 💕 The aroma is fruity💕 Color is light golden💕 The mouthfeel is a little thick💕 It's dry but you can feel the sweetness💕You can also feel the umami of the rice💕It goes in smoothly💕May be a dangerous sake😅. Today's pairing is grilled tuna kama-yaki, sushi roll, tekkimaki and sashimi💕 They go so, so, so, so well💕! Drinking sake with my granddaughter is the best 💕💕💕My mother-in-law is also happy and it's really a great party👍👍👍👍 I recommend this sake 😁 please try it 👍It's a great sake for a meal 👍✌️

Color is light golden 💕 The mouthfeel is dry and easy to drink 💕 I'm not a fan of hot sake, but it goes down smoothly 💕I can taste the rice flavor at different times💕 I had it at 40°C today👍 I tried it with the recommendation on the back label👍Yummmm it's good😊. Today's pairing is Miso Dengaku with thick fried bean curd💕It goes really well👍 Tomorrow I will drink it cold 😊. I recommend the back label 😊. I'll post my thoughts again👍

Price: ¥3,278 for 1800ml 📌. Here's a quick comment! The smell is fruity💕. The color is beautiful 💕💕💕💕 The mouthfeel is thick💕 It's tasty with a hint of sourness💕 It's my favorite 😁👍 I can only drink it at this time of the year so I must drink it💕 Today I had it with chicken tsukune! I put some yuzu kosho on it to change the flavor 👍Tsukune is so good with more flavor💕and it goes well with sake too 💕. I like this sake the best out of all the Kaiun sake 👍It's hard to buy now, but I highly recommend it👍

I'm back from Corona 😅. I'm a little bit sick with coughing after being released from home, but it's been a while since I've had a drink and posted 😁. This is a gift from my eldest son and his wife when they went back home for New Year's holidays 🍶. I can drink at last 💕. I can finally drink 📌720ml ¥Unknown Here's a quick comment! The aroma is fruity and sweet💕 The color is light golden and beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is silky and smooth and you can feel the sharpness💕It's easy to drink 😁It's hard to tell the sweetness and umami of the rice 😅. Influenced by corona? My taste buds have gone crazy😅❓ The aroma is my favorite though ⁉️ I'm having it by itself today. Tomorrow I'll try it with a meal. Maybe it's better at room temperature than cold sake😅. I'm going to try some new things to rehabilitate myself 👍 It is fortunate that no one in my family contracted the corona while I was recovering 😁.
