At the same time, the umami of the rice is well balanced. It goes in as smoothly as water. It is a very good sake! Everyone is in high spirits, but I'm starting to get a little sick to my stomach, but I'm having fun! It's the best 😀👍

The color is beautiful💕💕 The mouthfeel is a little bit sweet and sour, plus the rice has a sweet umami taste that is really delicious👍 My wife who loves beer tasted it and she loved it💕💕 It is good on its own, but today I had it with ginger tempura 😃It goes well with it😃It's really good👍 Today I sent a bottle of Kaiun Junmai Ginjo to the advisor of the junior high school I teach at as he is moving 😃I hope he liked it 😅.

This sake is bottled as it is without filtering, heating, or adding water. The freshness of this sake is very important, so the brewer recommends drinking it within 30 days of the release date. Sake 📌720ml ¥1,683 Here's the rice! The aroma is subdued💕 Beautiful color💕💕💕 The sourness comes first but the sweetness and umami come almost at the same time 💕💕💕💕. I love the freshness 😊👍I can feel the freshness It's so good 😋! The price is reasonable and it is a winner 🎯! Today's pairing is chicken radish 😊together 👍
