Shizuoka Business Trip #5
Today I decided to have some Fuji Nishiki 😀.
The aroma is of grain umami 😊In the mouth, you can feel the umami of rice and gentle sweetness after a firm acidity 🤔It finishes with a crisp and refreshing finish. It is a delicious sake of the "umami spicy? It is a delicious sake 😚👍.
The 4th one is the Fuji's specialty dipped Neapolitan which I learned from ellie and bouken 🍝For me, this Neapolitan is lighter and easier to eat than the regular Neapolitan and I can feel the delicious dipping sauce and enjoy it very much 😋😋😋😋😋.
Good morning Maecin-san 😃
It's Kikuchi's Tsuke Napo. ❗️ I'm glad it suits your taste.
And Fuji Nishiki. I always give this to my out-of-prefecture friends 😄.
Hi ellie, hello ☀️😀
I went to Kikuchi's that you told me about 😊I had it right after they opened 😋Fuji Nishiki is the sake that Manachi○ told me about. Thank you ✨thank you ✨thank you ✨thank you 🙏😊 for sharing this information.
Good evening, bouken!
I've just eaten the Tsuke Neapolitan at Fuji Gourmet that you told me about 😊I still have a year left on my term, so I hope to spend the weekend fully immersed in Shizuoka 🥰.
I received this as a souvenir from a colleague from Shizuoka. It is brewed with natural spring water, and I could feel the flavor and sweetness of the rice spreading.
A new sake with a high alcohol content of 19 degrees.
It has the powerful taste of freshly squeezed sake and a crispness that cuts through quickly.
It has a rich flavor with a nice, powerful kick.
This time I drank a ginjo-shu from Shizuoka Prefecture. It was a beautiful sake with a fruity-fruity aroma and rice flavor, although it was a bit old.
I guess it is because of the location, and the water they use also contains a lot of richness of nature.
I can't explain it well, but it has a very pleasant hard-water texture that the Japanese like.
That's what Shizuoka is all about!
I would love to visit a sake brewery when I am in the area.
Fuji Nishiki again🗻.
Is the aroma rumney? The aroma is somewhat refreshing, with a hint of sweetness behind it.
The mouthfeel is delicious with the sweetness that is typical of Fuji Nishiki 🗻 and the acidity that produces a light melon feeling from it and a clean and crisp taste. ❤️
This, this, this... ❤️ is just like Fuji Nishiki, and it's delicious 😋.
And I recently found a Donbei with red ginger tempura 🟥.
The sourness of the red ginger is a nice accent 😋.
Good evening Pon-chan 🌆I seriously recommend this if you like red ginger 👍Everyone who puts red ginger in their beef bowl or tonkotsu ramen should eat it🤣.
Hi Manachie 😃
Fuji Nishiki! I'm not familiar with Shizuoka sake 😅 also interesting 🤔.
I thought I bought something similar at home, it was Maruchan's red tempura soba with red ginger tempura! I'll try it for lunch 😋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby ☀I think Fuji Nishiki is rarely available outside of the prefecture, so if you travel to Shizuoka, try to buy some 🤣I'll look for red ginger heaven ⁉️ for Maru-chan too 🤣.
Fuji Nishiki Brewery is well-known for its Yuru-Kan 🗻.
This is my favorite Nouveau,
The sake rice has been changed from Miyamanishiki to Gohyakumangoku.
I wonder if the amount of Miyamanishiki shipped out of the prefecture is decreasing 🧐.
The aroma is the ginjo aroma, with a slightly astringent aroma at the back.
The aroma is the ginjo aroma with a slightly astringent aroma behind it.
The ginjo aroma escapes through the nose and finishes quite firm and dry. ‼️
I'm not sure if it's because it's now a Gohyakumangoku, but I think it's much drier than it used to be 😗.
I like it fine, but if you are looking for sweetness, you might be disappointed 🤣! I'm not sure if it's because of the 5 million stones.
I grilled sardine rice sushi sent from my parents' house and combined it with ❤️ rice sushi is too good - great with sake ❤️
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 😃.
I've never seen this brand before and I'm curious about it: ‼️
And I've never had sardine rice sushi, and I've also never had sardine rice sushi, and I see it's cooked and eaten: ‼️ I love sardines, so I'm drooling 🤤 definitely one to go with sake 😆.
Good evening Noodle-chan 🌇.
In Aomori, we eat sardine rice sushi raw, grilled, or even in miso soup if you want. ‼️I like sardines best in rice sushi😊Salmon is also good though. ‼️
⭐︎
Good morning, Manachie.
This is the first time I saw this brand too. I'm still getting the dry deliciousness from your vocabulary, so I'll take a note of it.
Sardine rice sushi is also new to me 🐟.
Good morning, Duke😃Fujanishiki is delicious but probably rarely available outside of the prefecture😭When you go to Shizuoka, look for it on the izakaya menu: ☺️‼️
Good morning, Manachie-san! ☀️ I was given this one by a guy in Shizuoka ✨I think it was 19 degrees or something like that 😁It was pretty kick-ass, but even drier...I'd like to try it 🤩.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌇Iyanzushi is seriously a great accompaniment to sake......................it makes you think you made it for sake drinking 🤣.
Looking back at my post, I saw that I also drank Nouveau, but 19 degrees was Shiboritate Nama sake! I'll try to casually appease my friends in Shizuoka 😁.
Full-bodied, delicious taste
Sweet aroma, smooth attack. Full-bodied, full-bodied flavor. It goes in easily and has a light richness.
Izu no Hana is a hot spring inn in Ito, and this sake is a collaboration with Fuji Nishiki Brewery. This sake is a collaboration with Fuji Nishiki Sake Brewery and goes well with fresh and delicate tasting sashimi 🤣.
