It's been a while since I've posted.
I still don't have the Rainfall Batsurae and Nichinichi that opened in the summer available 😓.
Last year I was asked to serve as a Ujiko at a nearby shrine. Something about the holidays can be disruptive.
They serve sake to worshippers on New Year's Eve, and I was given some of the leftovers. It is a good luck charm.
It is a Fuji-Nishiki and a honjozo sake, so it has a classical taste. Since it is a full bottle, I thought I would use it as a cooking sake.
Good morning, ellie 😃.
It's been a little while 🤗Do the shrine parishioners take turns in your neighborhood? It sounds like you are very busy 🥲I have an image of lucky sake 🍶 as a classic.
Jay & Novi, it's been a while 😁I have been sedentary lately and drinking less.
A few of us in the town are out of work for the Ujiko and it's a three year term 😓It hurts that New Year's Eve will be missed.
I'm sure there are people who have more free time than me! That's my honest feeling 😂.
Atami only
There is not much fruitiness, but rather a dry dry taste immediately after the sweetness of the rice. If you drink it right after eating sashimi or other dishes, your mouth will be refreshed and the meal will go on.
