Boarding the ferry from Oarai for the first time. Before that, we purchased the sake at the store attached to the brewery, just a few minutes drive away.

The sake has a good sake yeast maturation aroma, flavor, and sharpness. It has a complex texture with a slight acidity and is solidly dry. 😋😋😋😋

This will be my first time to drink sake from the Tsuki no Tsukii Brewery.
I got it from Wa no Tsuki 🌕️ heated 🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of grain.
In the mouth, it has a slightly unpleasant peculiarity like heated San'in sake, but the rich umami with sweetness is amazing.
If it were not for this peculiarity, I would definitely like this sake😅.

He made a reservation at a nearby restaurant 😂.
