Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Retro Komachi (Aged in bottle) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rice polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15.5 degrees Yeast: Association 1801 Sake degree +2.5, Acidity 1.2 The aroma of ginjo is only faintly perceptible. Special Junmai Sake Arcadia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%. We had it in the sealed bottle. It is a sake that feels sharp and dry on the palate. There was a label on the top of the bottle that said [supervised by Leiji Matsumoto], wasn't there? I searched for the label and found that it was a collaboration between "Arcadia of Warring States," which was published when Leiji Matsumoto was 80 years old, and sake breweries in 47 prefectures in Japan, and the selected representative generals and military commanders of each prefecture were represented by Leiji Matsumoto's character on the label and sold as a sake. So I guess this means that other prefectures also have sake with [character labels supervised by Leiji Matsumoto]...! 🥰 Chigasaki Nari: 20251101

Junmai Nigori Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 14.5 Today, I was going to have a drink in Chigasaki with a friend whom I would meet again after a long time, and we chose [SAKE BAR Nari]. We had it in a sealed bottle. I was curious about this sake while looking at the white four-pack at the liquor store. I had refrained from buying it because I was afraid that if it was too heavy like Dobrok, it would not be to my liking and I would not be able to take a second sip. The sake was crisp and slightly sweeter than I had expected. On the other hand, the ori of muddy sake still lingered in the mouth, so I gave it a 3-star rating for my taste 😅. Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu CLOUDY Aonowakaebisu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%. ✳︎ [Nama-genshu] is the information written on the store's menu. Tonight's "Eel Skewers and Small Dishes Hayakawa" was a non-event day, but I continued to enter the restaurant from last night in search of my first encounter with sake😅. When poured into a glass, it was a cloudy white sake with a slight fruity aroma. It has a faintly fruity aroma, and in the mouth it is mild and slightly dry with a pleasant acidity. After Hayakawa, we went to IWASAKI, an Italian restaurant participating in the event, for the first time to enjoy a set of wine and snacks, and for the last event ticket, we went to Studio One, a casual music bar, for the first time to enjoy the atmosphere. Ginmochi Autumn Orikarami Junmai-shu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16 Sake degree +4.5 Acidity 2.2 Amino acidity 1.6 The second restaurant of the second day of the "Gurutonumi Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" event was "Eel Skewer and Small Dishes Hayakawa", which we visited last night as well. Tonight is a non-event day, but we entered the restaurant for our first encounter with sake. The aroma was not strong, and I was expecting a little sweetness from the orikarami, but on the palate, it was a sharp and slightly dry sake that went well with the eel as a snack 😃. Junmai Daiginjo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kangiku Meizo Yamatake-shi, Chiba 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture ORIGRAKUMI unfiltered unpasteurized sake Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15 This is the second day of the "Gurutaminu Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" event. Tonight's restaurant, Hayakawa, is not included in the event, but we visited for the third time last night and tonight in search of our first encounter with sake 😅. The snacks were appetizers, kurikara and tanzaku. The ginjo aroma was only faintly noticeable, and when I put it in my mouth, it didn't have the fizzy feeling of a fresh sake, perhaps because it had been open for a little while. Junmai-ginjo AKIAGARI⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 56%, ALC 15 degrees The second restaurant of the second day of "Gurutonmi Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" was "Ichirizuka" 😊. It was almost 10 years ago... but at this restaurant, I was told about the "rock oysters" that are in season during the summer and had my first one 😋. Tonight's gurunomi menu consisted of half a bottle of Tengumai (mellow), sashimi from the back and belly of wild yellowtail from Rausu, Hokkaido, and tempura of bigeye, eggplant, pumpkin, and pumpkin 🥰. We left the snacks and had this additional sake 😋. I think it is a slightly dry sake with a subtle ginjo aroma and a mild flavor on the palate with a crisp acidity. Super Spicy Junmai ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 15 degrees The second day of the "Gurutonmin Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" started 😋. The first restaurant was Miyagawa. The event menu consisted of tuna sashimi, two pieces of kanpachi sushi, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). Since it was a cold day, I was happy to have warm chawanmushi 🥰. And since we also came after a long walk, it was also very special to quench our thirst with a cold peal of this 😋. Tanigawa-dake, which I ordered additionally. Tanigawadake, a clear, dry sake. YAKOU YAKOU⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio: 15 degrees ALC When I was wondering where to go for the fifth restaurant of the "Gurutonami Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn", an acquaintance contacted me and said, "We're having a drink at this restaurant now, come on! I got a call from an acquaintance saying, 'I'm having a drink at this restaurant right now, come on! What a surprise! It was the first restaurant I had ever been to, "Eel Skewer and Small Dishes Hayakawa" 😃. There were several sakes on the menu that I had never encountered before, so I headed right over and chose this one because of the nice label. I think it is a refreshing, slightly sweet sake. It was the fifth quintessential sake, and I had been drinking alone since 5:00 p.m., going around the stores in circles... my commentary notes were getting short 🙇. ALC 16.5 degrees Sake degree -1.0 Acidity 1.8, Amino Acidity 1.2 This is the last sake of "Gurutamin Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" today. It will be the closing sake today. The restaurant is [Eel skewers and small dishes Hayakawa]. It has a slightly sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mellow, sweet, and sharp taste. It is a sweet sake with a sharp taste. We were able to enjoy finishing the first day of the event with the eel skewers. Junmai Ginjo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15 degrees The second restaurant of the "Gurutonami Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" was an Indian restaurant where we had beer and a light lunch equivalent of naan, curry, tandoori chicken, and salad 😋. No sake, so we moved on to the third restaurant, Ponka 👍. Sure enough, we had our first encounter with sake. This sake was the additional sake we requested. It has a subtle ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the flavor of the rice. It went well with the "Ebi Majo" (shrimp) that we requested as an additional side dish. Umakara Junmai Sake Moon Panda ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 15%. Well, it has started. Autumn "Gurutonmi-Chigasaki Motomachi 2025" has begun! First of all, we decided to visit "Eel Skewer and Small Dishes Hayakawa," which opened in June and was our first restaurant to participate. The sake is slightly dry, sharp, and has a good balance of acidity and bitterness. Drinks for the event were highballs and snacks were eel skewers (strips of salt and sauce, plus three additional strips of kurikara). This sake is an additional drink 😅😋. First, we visited Miyagawa during the daytime to confirm the location of the new participating restaurants and have lunch. We had lunch and ordered some delicious sake while considering the order of stores to use😅. I think this sake is mellow, full-flavored, and the rice flavor also spreads in your mouth.
