ぴろさん🤤 I saw on Instagram that a liquor store I go to was starting a new deal for Saint and ran over lol. The owner was enthusiastically talking about how delicious Saint was, so my expectations were high. The taste is very delicious, with a sweet and sour finish and a touch of kijoshu! The label is also very cool and luxurious!
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Piro 😃 Quite a quirk! You work fast 😆 we'll be there👍.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんJay & Nobby, thank you for your help! I bought it just a week ago...lol!

ぴろさん🤤 Drink and support Yuki no Bijin's sake brewery, which was flooded above floor level by the recent heavy rains! Even just Yuki no Bijin is delicious, but since it is [Aiyama] and [No.6 yeast], it must be delicious! LOL! When I tried it, it tasted just as I expected! It has a slight gassy taste and is easy to drink, making it a dangerous one that can be swallowed with ease!
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Piro 😃. Drink and cheer 📣 great 👍 Where did you find Yuki no Bijin?
Japanese>English
ぴろさんThank you, Jay & Nobby! Yuki no Bijin is available at Koike Sake Shop in Kiyosumi!
Japanese>English
ことりHi Piro 😃thank you very much for your help at the recent prefectures meeting😊Here, Yuki no Bijin, looks so delicious😍I should go see if it's still for sale...
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィNobby went to Koike Sake Shop yesterday and got another Yuki no Bijin! Kotori-san, Piro-san's one is still available too 👋
Japanese>English
ことりThank you Piro, Jay & Nobby 😃I went to Koike Sake Shop immediately after seeing your comment 🚗 and after much agonizing, I bought the same one as Piro: 👍🏻 Oh, to think I would have met Nobby yesterday 😩zan nen!
Japanese>English
ぴろさんKotori-san, you are so dynamic to go out and buy it immediately! LOL Yuki no Bijin is safe because it tastes good no matter which one you drink! LOL!
Japanese>English
ことりGood morning, Piro-san😃This is my first time visiting Koike Sake Shop. The aroma of sake lees, similar to ginjo aroma, was wafting through the store and I was enchanted. ☺️ It's a sake store that I would like to visit regularly. 👍🏻
Japanese>English
ぴろさんKotori-san, Koike-san also sells Kuroryu and has a surprising (or is that rude?) lineup of soaps. I recommend it as a hole in the wall! The only problem is that the parking lot is hard to park in, but I park at the nearby Lawson lol.

ぴろさん🙂 I've been hearing a lot of good things about Urasato lately, and this one seems to be the test brewing URAZATO prototype 3 lol. It's 12 degrees alcohol, but it's quite tasty with a strong umami and sweetness! I'll have to check it out in the future! (Hikokazu)
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Piro 😃. I've been recommended by a few people recently to spread Ibaraki sake 😆 so here's the first one! I'd love to try some 🤗.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんThanks for your help, Jay & Nobby! I think I bought Urasato at Kenmokusan, or was it? Sorry I don't remember much lol

HiranHeaven生酛原酒生酒無濾過
58
ぴろさん🙂 This is also Piro-san's ichiban, Hiran. This time I bought a brand called Heaven. It is a light nigori raw sake with a sparkling bubbly taste, made with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. It tastes like activated nigori and is crisp and delicious. The fizziness is so strong that the lid flies off. Be careful when opening the bottle! LOL!
Japanese>English
ゆかちんThis one is also recommended by Yucatin 😏 but I got drunk 💦 so I have to drink it slowly 😉.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんThanks for your hard work, Dr. Yukachin! I'm afraid we have the same recommendation! Laughs💦 It's easy to drink and you get quite drunk after gulping it down!

ぴろさん🙂 I can't help but buy this sake for my love of Sentori and sakelabo-channel 🙂 lol. Basically, it seems to be a sake made directly from the pure, unpasteurized sake of Modern Sentori 🙂♪ The tangy gassiness that only direct bottling can give goes well with the hot weather this time of year! Delicious!
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Mr. Piro 😃 We are going to drink up next time 👋.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんJay & Nobby, thank you for your time! Sorry for the late reply💦. I'm so glad to hear that Jay-san made a purchase! I admire your love for Tochigi.
Japanese>English
Tabika夏のブーリュ
59
ぴろさん🙂 I bought it because it was highly recommended by sakelabo-chan lol. It has a light nigori-style flavor, with a characteristic light nigori-style sweetness, but it also has a refreshing sourness and a crisp aftertaste. It is indeed a refreshing summery sake!
Japanese>English
Yamamoto和韻
52
ぴろさん🙂 This sake seems to have been brewed by adding wine yeast for Chardonnay and sake yeast at different times and then "asking God" for the rest lol. I look forward to Yamamoto's labels because they always have something funny on them lol! The taste is just like that! It's a perfect balance of white wine and sake 😆.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Piro 😃. The rest was brewed by 'God willing'. I like the fact that you are so graceful to write 👍.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんThanks for your hard work, Jay & Nobby! It says mischievous but properly delicious, just like Yamamoto - lol!
Japanese>English
Keiryuワイン酵母仕込み
55
ぴろさん🙂 I found an unfamiliar sake at the sake shop I always visit, so I bought it. It's called Keiryu, a sake from Nagano prefecture, and it's made with wine yeast, so it already sounds delicious lol. It is brewed with white wine yeast, but when I drank it, it was still white wine! LOL! Wine yeast has a sourness that I personally like 😊. It was a light summer sake with an alcohol content of 13 degrees.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Piro 😃 I'm sure you'll find some sake at your favorite liquor store 🤔🤗I can kind of tell from the label that it looks delicious 😊.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんJay & Nobby, thank you for your help! When in doubt, I buy jackets from WW.

ぴろさん🙂 Shinanotsuru is my first choice today! As I've said many times, the label design is a little bit of a mess, so it may not be very well known in the general public, but this is a really delicious sake (my personal opinion w)! It tastes like melon. It tastes like melon, but the aftertaste is strangely not too sweet. It tastes like melon, but the aftertaste is strangely not sweet!
Japanese>English
つぶちゃんGood evening, Piro-san😄! Shinanotsuru kyakutaku ❣️ is your favorite ✨. I've heard it's delicious and I've bought some but haven't had it yet 😇 Looks super tasty 😆💕. I haven't drank it yet😇 It looks super delicious😆💕. I want to taste it as soon as possible 😋.
Japanese>English
ゆかちんGood morning, Piro 😃I love Shinanotsuru too ❤I have some in stock and hope to drink some soon 😋.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Piro 😃 I have never had Shinanotsuru before, I bought it by mistake with Gokotsuru 😅I have never had this one, but Piro-san's recommendation ❗️ I have to go buy this one 😊I want more and more 😆😆.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんHi Tsubu-chan! I personally think this is one of the top 10 sake with a big gap between the label and the sake. Enjoy!
Japanese>English
ぴろさんHello, Yucachin-san! Shinanotsuru is delicious...am I the only one who feels that Yucachin-san's stock seems to be in large quantity? LOL!
Japanese>English
ぴろさんHello Jay & Nobby! Shinanotsuru is delicious, basically any of their sake tastes like melon........................Nagano Prefecture is full of delicious sake, it's hard to buy it lol
Japanese>English
Nabeshima純米吟醸 山田錦純米吟醸
67
ぴろさん🙂 Yamada Nishiki from Nabeshima tonight! At least, yes it's delicious! LOL! It has gas, umami, and minerality! It is easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content of 16 degrees Celsius! Stable taste!
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Piro 😃. Nabeshima here! This is Nobby's first guess: ❗️ Finally back 🤗!
Japanese>English
ぴろさんJay & Nobby, thank you for your hard work! I'm glad you're back! Patience is poison to the body, right? 😆 LOL! Let's drink in moderation and have fun 😆.

Matsunokotobukiナツノコトブキ
51
ぴろさん🙂 Nutcotobuki is an eye-catching label for a big-breasted gal! LOL! I've always wanted to try it, but I've always put it off until now. 、、、、 Being a resident of Tochigi, I had to buy a bottle of local sake! So I bought it this time 😆. I'm a big fan of Matsunotoshi's Gohyakumangoku Yamahai, and this Natsunokotobuki is also brewed with Gohyakumangoku. This Natsunokotobuki is also brewed with Gohyakumangoku. When you drink it, you will find the umami and sharpness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku, making it perfect for summer! It is sharp but also has umami, so it seems to go surprisingly well with crisp dishes! I'm starting to like Gohyakumangoku lately.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Piro 😃 As you wrote in the previous post, you are doing your best to give us timely updates 🤗 Local sake drinking activities full of love for the people of the prefecture! Great 👏 we've been slacking on our Tochigi love 😅.
Japanese>English
ぴろさんJay & Nobby, thanks for your help! I still have a lot of Tochigi sake that I haven't had yet lol. I'll have to do my best to post them or I'll forget what they taste like💦 lol
Japanese>English

ぴろさん🙂 I'm trying my best not to save too many posts, lol. Well, this time it's my first time drinking at the hawker's chief, for what it's worth. It is a complete change from Kaze no Mori, with a sweetness like kijoshu and a sourness unique to Bodai yeast yeast yeast yeast! I have the impression that it is sweet but has a sour taste, so you can drink it in gulps! Personally, I like it.
Japanese>English
Nitosatin
57
ぴろさん🙂 I bought this two hare satin because of the cool blue label. Satin, written satin,, I can only read it as satin,,, lol. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is very light on the palate. The moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and light alcohol content make it a light summer sake. After all, Ni-Rabbit is stable! LOL!
Japanese>English

ぴろさん🙂 Jay, Mr. and Mrs. Nobby invited us for a drink and the three of us decided to have a drink. We had a lot to drink, but I'm sorry for the corny post with a summary photo lol. I had a drink at Haneya, which was very good among the drinks we had! I drank it after drinking Jyushiyo, but it was just as good as Jyushiyo~ (*P▽Pino☆PachiPachi It was an enjoyable drinking party, watching Jay and Nobby's good friendship from beginning to end~!
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Piro 😃. Yes, I'm sure you're right! This was so good 😋. No, it was a lot of fun, but we drank too much 😓 We both had a bad Sunday 😩.
Japanese>English

ぴろさん🙂 Summer can't start without drinking this! So, I like Kabutomushi so much that it is at the top of my list of Sentori's guesses! I love the muscat flavor that is typical of Sentori, but with the addition of lemon and the bitterness in the aftertaste! 😍LOL!
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Piro 😃. It's going to be a very hot day tomorrow, so you made it just in time for the summer 😁. I'll look forward to seeing you tomorrow 👋

ぴろさん🙂 I've been wanting to try a bottle of this nama yeast dobu. I popped it online and bought it~! It is THE dry nigori sake! It has a sharp taste with the unique acidity of a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast! It is definitely delicious even when heated! I'm sure it'll be delicious warmed up!
