Today I am Inazo-chan from Yamagata Masamune!
When the bottle was first opened, the taste was a bit hard, but after about a week in the fridge, it mellowed out very nicely and became overwhelmingly easy to drink.
It is quite fruity, but there is also some rice flavor here and there, so it is a sake that you will never get tired of.
