Purchased at AEON in Tokoname, attracted by the limited edition of 300 bottles. It goes refreshingly well with bamboo shoot rice, bamboo shoot tempura, and bamboo shoot stew, even if it doesn't seem insistent. ❤️ If there is another bottle, I'll buy it 😊.

The taste is mellow with a refreshing aftertaste.

Minogiku is a sake without mistakes. It goes well with fish in general. Of course, it also goes well with soy sauce-based stew. Happiness, in any form, is to be satisfied.

Yamakatsu
This may be the first time to register a sake from Gifu Prefecture. This is a Junmai Daiginjo "Minogiku Hizui" from Gyokusendo Shuzo, Yoro-machi, Yoro County, Gifu Prefecture. The brewery uses 100% Hida Homare sake rice (a first for me) and water from the Yoro mountain range. It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied and rich rice flavor for a daiginjo-style sake, but with a refreshing aftertaste.
