It goes refreshingly well with bamboo shoot rice, bamboo shoot tempura, and bamboo shoot stew, even if it doesn't seem insistent. ❤️

The aroma is fruity.
The taste is mellow with a refreshing aftertaste.
Minogiku is a sake without mistakes.
It goes well with fish in general. Of course, it also goes well with soy sauce-based stew. Happiness, in any form, is to be satisfied.
This may be the first time to register a sake from Gifu Prefecture.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo "Minogiku Hizui" from Gyokusendo Shuzo, Yoro-machi, Yoro County, Gifu Prefecture.
The brewery uses 100% Hida Homare sake rice (a first for me) and water from the Yoro mountain range.
It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied and rich rice flavor for a daiginjo-style sake, but with a refreshing aftertaste.
