エースToday was my mother's birthday ㊗️, so I made a reservation at Japanese restaurant Kisoji to celebrate 🎉. We had a sumptuous lunch while eating Wagyu Amiyaki Gozen (Japanese Beef Amiyaki) and saying "It seems that the 23rd is also the day of Tempura🍤" 😋. The sake was Hana Yuu, which we had just finished the other day. I've been wanting to try it 🍶. I was able to buy it for the first time this year😄. I've had Rikuwada and Omachi before, but I've never experienced Sake Mirai🌾😊. When I was buying it, I asked the owner, "By the way, do you have a four-pack of this?" I asked the owner when I bought it, just to make sure. He seemed a bit bothered 😅I'm sure it's because it's a question he's been asked many times 🤔. Delicious ‼️ The aroma is mature. Beautiful sweetness 🌾 spreads softly 😋. Overall impression is mild though, Sake Mirai🌾 has a deep flavor that can be felt well 😋. I really want to drink it when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, but I opened it 🤗🤗. When I opened the lid, I heard a nice sound. It's indeed a draft sake, I don't feel any gassiness when I drink it. エースFirst time in 🎶Yamasan🍶. The hottest sake in Ueda, Shinshu, restarted in 2023 after being closed in 2015🍶. Hitogokochi🌾 is one of my favorite sake rice 😘. On the palate, there is a sourness, then gasiness, then sweetness followed by rice flavor 🌾 until the end. Oh!
