Gorinpic for home drinking㉔ The sake is said to have been designed to produce a sharp taste with the ultimate food sake in mind. It is orikara but only slightly cloudy in appearance. The taste is dry and dry 🤔. I don't think I can detect any floral or sweetness 😞. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 15 Lightness⭐️ Mild⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spiciness⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bitterness⭐️⭐️⭐️ Acidity⭐️ Kiness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Degree of liking⭐️⭐️ Degree of niggles🦍 I went to Yamaoka-ya recommended by kino. I was confused between G-type bean sprouts and my first choice ❗️ I ordered the thick miso ramen (🍜➕ boiled egg 🥚) ^_^. I wrapped the boiled egg with nori (seaweed) and it was delicious. It's addictive 👍 I can't eat it if I'm worried about the salt content😅.

Ever since I started drinking sake, I've always wanted to drink it as well as Shinsei and Jikin. This Hana-yoku Nigori 🌸🍶. Finally, I was able to take home a bottle after winning a gara-pon (lottery) for the fourth season 😭❗️ Gorgeous aroma typical of Hanayokyu: ❗️ Thanks to the nigori, the peculiar bitterness is mild❗️ Perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness 😭👍 It's a fruity nigori sake😍. Exactly like Tropical fruit🥭🍍paradise 😘👍 Day 2, bitterness is stronger 🤔. Day 3, gasiness and bitterness softens but continues to be delicious ❗️ I'm going to try heating it up. It is creamy and delicious 😋🍶. But it's still good cold sake: ‼️ I opened the bottle a few days ago and enjoyed the taste change 😉. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%. I searched on the internet and found out that it's good to decorate it on December 28th or 30th 😳. So I decorated it on the 28th 😄. Dinner was 7 pieces of tuna at Sushiro 🍣😋! Now, the sake is Mimuro Sugi 🍶. When I opened the bottle, the sedimented ooze started to gyrate automatically 🔃. It wasn't so strong that it was overflowing, so I could enjoy watching it without worry 😃. It was a beautifully bubbly and refreshing 👍.
