Here is a continuation of the drinks we drank in the New Year😘.
㊗️It's New Year's Day, so I opened the second bottle of Jikin as well 🎉!

It has a strong sense of schwash and effervescence.
The taste is a little dry and firm, with a bitter taste centered around the rice flavor🌾😙.
On the second day, the taste has opened up ❗️ and the fizziness is still there and just right, and the sweetness and umami have increased to a fruity taste 😋.

On the second day, it loses its smoothness, and just like its name, it's smooth.
It's citrusy and refreshing, like 🍊🍊 oranges.
The sweetness is not so harsh, and the acidity is relatively upfront, which I personally like the balance.

It was my first time to try Edogari 😄The year-end was ended refreshingly thanks to this Sentori 🍋🍶.
The kanji label is also delicious, so I feel safe when choosing 😋.

One day in December, I started walking in the direction I usually don't go to find a new restaurant for lunch, but I became a refugee when I couldn't find a restaurant 💦I finally found a teishoku-ya with only a few minutes left of my lunch break ⏳ and went in.
The restaurant was very cramped and run by an elderly couple 👴👵.
I had the Miso Katsu set meal there: ❗️
This was surprisingly delicious 😋👵.
I ate it hot and in a hurry so I burned my mouth 😅.

I'd like to say it's a melon seed or a citrus type, but I can't say either way.
But it's refreshing and sharp all the same.
It's a little difficult for young people who want to be clear about black and white (they have a big attitude).
At my age, I sometimes prefer the fuzzy or Yajirobei style.

Slight sweetness and sourness. A gaseous and bitter taste comes out later, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
From the label, I thought the taste would be similar to that of Izu-no-sato, but it's not at all 😂.
At first I thought it tasted like cider because of the strong gassiness, but the bitterness is also effective, so it tastes more like a lemon sour.......

Thanks to the nigori, the overall flavor became milder and more coherent.
After shaking, the nigori sake seems to be adjusted to the correct taste. ばんばんぶーIt has a hint of alcohol all the way through, with a hint of discreet sweetness and acidity.
The impression is of a classic dry wine.

It's time to prepare for the New Year 😲.
I don't remember when I put up the decorations for the New Year 😅.
I searched on the internet and found out that it's good to decorate it on December 28th or 30th 😳.
So I decorated it on the 28th 😄.
Dinner was 7 pieces of tuna at Sushiro 🍣😋!
Now, the sake is Mimuro Sugi 🍶.
When I opened the bottle, the sedimented ooze started to gyrate automatically 🔃.
It wasn't so strong that it was overflowing, so I could enjoy watching it without worry 😃.
It was a beautifully bubbly and refreshing 👍.
I don't feel the sweetness of Yamadanishiki as much as I expected, but it is dry and easy to guzzle.

After the rice flavor and sweetness, there is a gaseous aftertaste.
The gasiness is so strong that it is hidden by a hint of bitterness.
Among the nigori sake I bought recently, this is the second most intense after Sancho-me no nigori sake. ばんばんぶー■Top clearness
Muscat-like aroma and gentle sweetness, with a hint of sourness before being cut off smoothly by a peculiar bitterness.
■After shaking
The aroma and sweetness of muscat hides the sourness and bitterness (especially the bitterness).
Hence, it feels like a citrus flavor.
I wonder if this one has a more coherent taste.
I wondered if it would be better if I drank the old label Sensation black or something, because it had a bit of an aged aroma, but it was fresh and tasty, probably because it was freshly packed!
