When you take a small sip, you can smell a faint aroma of black honey and a hint of aging,
It has a melting mouthfeel, a honey-like sweetness, and a very strong bitter aftertaste. At first glance, the heavy aftertaste might make you tired of drinking it because it is an old-fashioned sake, but it is not as persistent as one might expect from a new sake made in an old vase.
(But it is not as persistent as one might think... (But one must have a tolerance for old incense...)
I'm pretty sure I had something similar to this somewhere last year.
You can look it up right here in Sake-no-wa.
I had a bottle of Mishina in the fall.
This time, it's raw sake!
And it opened on the palate!
It was light and fruity!
A big tsukune (tsukune is a type of meatball) appeared!
This is a great way to get more sake 🍶!

It is a bit of a walk, but I was attracted by the many variations of chicken sashimi and the selection of sake.
Slightly lukewarm cold sake
Sweet and full-bodied on the palate
The taste finishes quickly, so it is not sticky.
It has a refreshing aftertaste.
When paired with chicken sashimi, the sweet taste unexpectedly enhances the flavor of the accompaniment.
Personal preference.

It is slightly sweet.
It has a smooth taste and finishes nicely.
I had it with red and white namasu.
I am a sake-only drinker, but your post has inspired me to try pairing sake with other drinks this year!
