This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. It has a beautiful sweetness and is very easy to drink ❗️ It seems to go well with any meal and is a versatile player. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Fruity with a pear-like aroma. The sweet and sour taste is very delicious. This sake is from Izumiya in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. A great sake to drink after eating sardine rolled in seaweed as a Tsumami.

Junmai Ginjo 🍶Tetote 🙌Ginbuki🌾. Coin tasting wasn't enough for me, so I bought a bottle 😅Sweet mouthfeel. But it also has a sharpness. Score ☆☆☆☆ Naminode Junmai❣️ I was attracted by the sound of "Eetokodori" (lol) The mouthfeel is very mild. 💕︎ The aroma of rice is very subtle and the flavor of the rice is very strong 😁. The aftertaste is light and disappears quickly. I bought it for warming sake, but it was too light and it was better for me to drink it cold 😅

SAKE MARCHE FROM SHIGA at Kyoto Station Building. The first drink was Naminone from Kata, Otsu City. It is interesting that the sake brewery is located on the shore of Lake Biwa and named Nami-no-one 🤔 lol. It is an easy to drink sake with a hint of sweetness, softness and gentleness. It might be good as a food sake. 🙆‍♂️
