I tried this sake on Ojiro's recommendation.
It has a slight dryness, but the main taste is sweetness and umami of rice.

This sake is made by Sekiya Shuzo.
It is said to be called Kuonji.
I looked it up on the net but couldn't find anything lol
It has a fruity acidity with a hint of sweetness and umami.
It seems to be a very rare sake, but I would like to try it again if I come across it. まさやまAt a standing izakaya in the Sakae basement.
It is sweet and dry.
Easy to drink.
I think it was 500 yen for a glass of wine.
