set meal with miso cutlet One day in December, I started walking in the direction I usually don't go to find a new restaurant for lunch, but I became a refugee when I couldn't find a restaurant 💦I finally found a teishoku-ya with only a few minutes left of my lunch break ⏳ and went in. The restaurant was very cramped and run by an elderly couple 👴👵. I had the Miso Katsu set meal there: ❗️ This was surprisingly delicious 😋👵. I ate it hot and in a hurry so I burned my mouth 😅. Now for the sake... Senryu 🍶. In a word, mellow 😘❗️ This tropical fruit mellow taste, I thought it was similar to HANA-YOU-YOU 🤔. 100% Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice Alcohol 16.8%. December 2024 company year-end party🥳. I wandered around Sakae for a while, wondering whether to go to karaoke or izakaya for the after-party After wandering around Sakae for a while... We decided to go to a stylish pub 🏮. We found "Saku 🍶" on the drink menu. I said "I like Saku among these drinks, what do you think?" I asked everyone. A "Oh, I want to drink Saku 🍶". B "What, from the Ise summit?" C "Maybe, you're right." I said, "Yes, it's decided😄. Do you want a glass? A "If there are 4 of us, why don't we order by the bottle?" I "Then let's order by the bottle bottle ❗️" And that's it. Here it comes❗️ Cheers🥂. Sweet fruity ❗️ It's so good 😋! The gentle flavor of rice 🌾 also spreads softly. It was a small cup, but we all enjoyed it and drank it all. It was a great decision to order it. 🙆‍♂️ The final dessert was... Gorinpic for Home Drinking (11) It's time to prepare for the New Year 😲. I don't remember when I put up the decorations for the New Year 😅. I searched on the internet and found out that it's good to decorate it on December 28th or 30th 😳. So I decorated it on the 28th 😄. Dinner was 7 pieces of tuna at Sushiro 🍣😋! Now, the sake is Mimuro Sugi 🍶. When I opened the bottle, the sedimented ooze started to gyrate automatically 🔃. It wasn't so strong that it was overflowing, so I could enjoy watching it without worry 😃. It was a beautifully bubbly and refreshing 👍. I don't feel the sweetness of Yamadanishiki as much as I expected, but it is dry and easy to guzzle. 100% Yamadanishiki, 13% alc. Light ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweetness⭐️⭐️✨ Bitterness⭐️⭐️ Acidity⭐️⭐️ Kiness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Degree of liking⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Degree of niggles🦍.

I had it with hot pot for dinner that night. The alcohol content is 16%, which is normal. but the drink goes down without you even realizing it👍 On the second day, I tried it with hot sake 🍶. It is also delicious 😋. First, the supernatant Something fruity👍 Mix it up and you get Silky texture 🤩. Super soft water I can see it's amazing ❗️ I'm glad I bought this one: ❗️ The taste is not mellow, but it is strangely drinkable 😋. It's not mellow, but it's so good that you can't help but keep on drinking it. Slightly effervescent nigori never fails to please 😂.
