GW is over 😌. How did you all spend your time? I enjoyed driving around Aizu in the first half of the week. The second half was work work work work ‼️💦. From the 2nd to today, I worked 5 consecutive days in a row‼️ Well, 〰︎ is over! So I'll be drinking tonight 😁♪ I'm new to Abu-no-Tsuru Shuzo's "Miyoshi". White -Origarami- ✨🥂✨ I opened the bottle! But then I thought, what's that? It's empty. Oh, 😆 Dora must have had a little bit last night 🤣. I really wanted to drink it last night, but I had to work until dinner time! But I had to work until dinner time. But I had to work till dinner time so I came home after 10pm 😅 I was tired and went to bed. I was so tired I fell asleep 😅. I guess I couldn't resist and tasted it 😜. I'll take the second day 🥂. Light and fruity aroma 🥂♪ The delicious aroma makes my heart flutter😄♪♪ When you take a sip Sweet and sour and silky Sweet, mild and just the right amount of sourness (with a little bit of a zing 😙) Light and easy to drink! It's light and easy to drink 😋. But it's 16 degrees, so you'll get drunk afterwards... ⚠️ Somehow... somehow. I felt it was like a calm chrysanthemum without the gassy feeling 🤔.

Fukushima sake again ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ I've always wanted to try "Naraman". ❣️ Like "Abukuma", I don't know why Dora-chan doesn't buy it 💦. Dora-chan didn't buy it for some reason💦. I had my dear sake friend M send it to me along with "Abukuma" 😄♪ (Thanks 💕) Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨. Maybe because it's cold, there's almost no aroma. Light sweetness and umami, refreshing! Fruity, but with a clean and refreshing taste. Sake is clean and refreshing It is delicious with anything 😋♪ As the temperature rises, the aroma also comes out. And the sweetness and umami of the firmness Sourness makes it sharp and clean. The bitterness comes out at the end. It has been a week and I'm drinking it at room temperature tonight. It has a nice aroma. Fruity, sweet and delicious It spreads in the mouth... The lingering aroma is also good... No bitterness! Oh, it's so delicious ♡♡♡♡ I still like to drink it at room temperature 😘💕. Now for the Aizu drive 🚙! I've been wanting to visit Gonoi Sake Shop for a long time. Fukushima sake continues to be a handsome After Gakki, Hirotogawa ❣️ Here's another share from our dear sake friend M 🥰. ✨🥂✨ Fruity and nice aroma... ✨🥂✨ The aroma spreads as soon as you open the bottle ✨🥂✨. When you sip it The sweetness and sourness of the wine is very strong. Soft mouthfeel I think the sweetness is strong 😘I really like it ♡. The aftertaste is rather refreshing I never get tired of drinking it 😊. Oh, it's so delicious 😍💕 It's so handsome! It can be served cold or at room temperature 👍 Thanks M 😚💕😚💕💕 Now for the rest of the Aizu driving section 🚙🚙. After saying goodbye to M-san at Sota Shoten, After saying goodbye to Mr. M at Sota Shoten, we headed to the ramen shop that he had uploaded the other day. I went to the ramen shop that M-san had uploaded the other day 🍜 (it looked so delicious 😙) (It looked so good! 😙). It's "Menya Daiichi" ❣️ I had the recommended Aizu Yamashio Ramen. Dora had a large bowl of Aizu Chicken Soy Sauce Ramen! And a mini char suh-don (rice bowl) which is available only in limited quantities! The Yamashio Ramen was so delicious 😋! I drank up all the soup 😘. The char siu pork bowl is also delicious 💕 Dora will have the Yama-Shio Ramen next time! Dora says she'll have Yama-Shio Ramen next time! Day Trip Drive🚙 Go to Aizu❣️ Yesterday. Dora's company, which follows the calendar for GW every year, took the 28th off. I want to go for a drive somewhere (sake activity).... Where should we go 🤔 I'll go to Aizu! Let's go to Aizu ☝️ I immediately contacted my dear sake friend Mr. M 🤭. It is a winter sake "higan" (鄙願) 🍶. Alcoholic aroma When you drink it Light acidity and umami... It tastes like water... You can't taste the flavor as much as the aroma. Strong alcohol taste in the aftertaste. A little herbal? A little herbal? After swallowing, it goes down from the throat to the chest After swallowing, it goes down from throat to chest to stomach. Chilli all the way😅. Hard to describe this drink... After a few days Sweetness on the palate... But soon the alcohol taste became stronger. Hacca? tastes like... I know the water is clean, but but it's not enough to make me want to drink more... I drank it at room temperature. The aroma and taste are like an alcoholic sake! Sweet, delicious, acidic, bitter (spicy?) The sweetness, umami, acidity, bitterness (spiciness?) come in order. I think it's like a Japanese sake! It is easier to drink than cold sake. I microwaved it to try heating it up! （It turned out to be very hot!) (It became hot!) It became very dry! But as it cooled down, it was smooth and mild and easy to drink 😌. It's easy to drink and nice 😋.

In conjunction with La Jomon's anniversary celebration (8th anniversary㊗️🎊) La Jomon Kumagai-san's plan for sake 🍾. We opened a bottle of "Shouting to the soil" 🎉. I drank this same saké last September. We drank the same one last September, but now it has been matured for about a year. I wonder how it tastes... ✨🥂✨ As soon as you open it up 😙😙 ✨It has a nice, fruity aroma. When you take a sip 🍇It tastes like a darker version of Delaware. Very delicious💕! I'll leave it open for a day... （I need to rest my liver after the girls' night out.) Day 3. A little calmer than the first day. The sweetness is just a little. The acidity from the umami is like a white wine. I think it has a strong acidity... but it's very refreshing 😋. Goes great with cheese💕! 4th day at room temperature The aroma is so good ♡ the aroma is up ♡ And the sweetness is expanding and the acidity has mellowed. Delicious 😍My favorite 💕 5 days at room temperature Very fruity💕! Muscat and melon It goes with everything. Vinegared octopus was perfect 😍! It's soooo good 🤗 This sake has been aged to make it even more delicious. It was even more delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ and Tsubu & Dora felt 😚😘. and the crush & dora felt 😚😘.
