I'm in the middle of a prefectures meeting repo. Today, Kotori and I We had lunch & lunchtime drink 😘. Actually, there was a school festival at my daughter's school today. I came to Utsunomiya to see Tsubumi's band play at the festival. I told her that I was coming to Utsunomiya to see Tsubumi's band performance. I was talking with Kotori about it and she asked me to have lunch with her. invitation to have lunch with us. I asked the other members of the women's group to join us, but they couldn't make it due to work or other reasons. But they couldn't make it due to work etc... So this time, Kotori-chan and I had a great time together. To go with delicious soba noodles I chose Isshuikusuisei's Autumn Sake 🍁 Yamada Nishiki ✨🥂✨. Soft and smooth on the palate Sweet, tasty, acidic and refreshing with a strong umami! Ippakusuisei is still delicious 💕. I paired it with soba noodles. The sweetness expands and it's really good 😍. It goes well with soba sauce. Ten-tsuyu gives it a bit of an "alu" taste. It has a nice sharp taste with a strong umami! Delicious 😋♡♡♡ After lunch, Kotori and I went to the school festival 😊. This year it will be held at Orion Square ❣️ Tsubumi used to play guitar🎸. when the current members got together. we had 3 guitar players and no bass player. I switched to bass in April and have been practicing hard 💪. The result of our practice was well done and we had a great time on stage 😆🎸. It was a great stage 😆👏. My mom is so emotional, she's about to cry 🥹.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai 🍁⑫ Dora's third offering: ❣️ It's a special Genmai Honjozo ✨. This was opened by KazKaz😊. ✨🥂✨ This is dry! You can taste the sweetness and umami, but it's clean and crisp. It's also spicy! It's alsobe, but it seems to be junmai sake! I've had Imi, Dewa IDEHA, and Genmai... They were all delicious! Everyone was so happy! I was very happy to see you all! I'll be bringing one to the next prefects' meeting at my sole discretion. I'll bring one of them to the next meeting: ‼️ and I promised 😉. I had a hard time deciding which one to bring. I decided on the white one 😁. ❣️ I'm going to ask Jay to open it for me here😊. ✨🥂✨ Mmmm sweet and tasty ♡♡♡♡♡♡! Even though all white malted rice is used It doesn't have that sourness... The restrained sourness is a nice touch. Even though it is sweet, it is not too sweet It is very delicious😍. The Imi is a sweet sake in general. Jay & Nobby I was worried if it would be okay... They were very happy with the taste: ☺️ Even though it was the first time for all of you (including the teacher) to try Imi, you were very happy with it. They were very pleased with the food. Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨ The aroma is slightly fruity On the palate... The sweetness and umami are well balanced. Then a well-balanced acidity.
