Kotobuki no sakimonthi drinking comparison: ❣️ The last one is "Wakanami" ✨🥂✨ With my daughter moving out. I opened a different bottle of sake in between. I opened a different bottle of sake in between. When I opened the bottle, it had more of a ginjo aroma When you drink it Sourness from the sweetness comes through to the nose Tingling in the back of the throat The bitterness comes later. I really like the sweet and sour taste when I first taste it in my mouth. ❣️ I thought it would be a bit classical. I thought it was a bit classical, but it's fruity and delicious 😘. Good balance 😘. As the temperature rises a bit, the bitterness becomes weaker. The bitterness becomes weaker... I prefer this one😊. Tonight, the second day Oh my gosh ❣️ It's so good cold 🫢. The flavors are more integrated and there is no sourness or 〰︎ of yesterday. I don't even feel the bitterness that much. It's very easy to drink and very tasty 😘♪ Very nice 😋👍 The best one is.... Kotobuki no sakimonthi drinking comparison: ❣️ Next up is "Sono Kangiku" ✨🥂✨. The cork is so energetic that it almost blows the cork out 😆. Fruity aroma When you take a sip It has a sweet, delicious, acidic and bitter taste. Very fresh! I think it's quite sweet... This taste is somewhere 🤔 I drank a bottle of Fei Lan before 💡. Similar to Happy New Born ❣️ It tastes bitter when it's cold. I like it when it's a little warmer. It's easy to drink. This is the first time I'm drinking a sake rice called Kotobukinmoku! Dora has a few bottles to compare: ❣️ First up is the Eiko-Fuji ✨🥂✨. Slightly fruity aroma... When you drink it Fruity, sweet, delicious and acidic Sweet and tasty, but also rather crisp and clean. Delicious! Light bitterness in the aftertaste It can be drunk on its own or as a food wine 😋. To take to my son. I opened another bottle of one: ❣️ Izumikawa Junmai Ginjo Nanokuchi Hon Nama 🍶✨ Freshly squeezed and bursting with flavor 😘. This is from a sake friend who sent me a bottle of Koganezawa. This was sent to me along with a bottle of Tenmei no Zero that I drank in December 🥰. Fruity aroma Mild on the palate Soft sweetness and full of umami Fresh and gorgeous acidity Well balanced and easy to drink ♡ Delicious! While retaining its gorgeous aroma It goes down smoothly and cleanly while leaving a gorgeous aroma. It is sweet but does not leave a lingering aftertaste I can drink it all the time 😋😋. Delicious 💕💕! My son and I had it for 3 days 🥂. Still as soft and easy to drink 😋. Again, we both finished 4 cups 😙👍. Thank you ♡ for the treat ♡ and thank you to my sake friends 🙏. Dora-chan gave us 7 bottles of sake this time. These two and 7 other bottles of sake ❣️ New ones, old ones and many more 🤭. I ended up with a NEW YEAR bottle of Tasake ✨. My son's latest boom is Making Greek yogurt 🤣. A while ago, he used to make a baked cheesecake using Fatteno, but then he decided to make his own Fatteno and it was so much better than Fatteno. It's even better than pattino 😍.

It's been 4 years since I found out about it and wanted to drink it: ‼️ For some reason, Dora-chan never got the idea... This was sent to me by my dear sake friend M. I was sent this by my dear sake friend M 😊🙏🙏. I will have my long awaited Abakuma 😆🥂✨ Gentle ginjo aroma, nice aroma 🙏🥂✨. Smooth and full-bodied Smooth and full-bodied Gentle sweetness and pleasant umami It has a nice sharpness and you will never get tired of drinking it 😋. It is very well-balanced and delicious😍. This is really good 😆❤️ It went really well with sushi ♡. I wonder if it goes well with vinegared rice 😋😋. I drank more than half 💕😚💕 On the second day, we warmed up the sake 🍶♨️ Lukewarm sake is sweeter than warmed sake.... I think it has a little bit of alcohol afterwards.
