When you drink it... oh ❣️ This is a refreshing sweet and sour fruity 💕 The lingering aroma is just as delicious 😚💕. Next up Naebayama Daiginjyo for the competition 🥂. The aroma is faintly similar to that of snow cocoon. When you drink it The sweetness is just a little You can feel the umami of the rice. After that, a light sourness comes out and it's refreshing! Delicious 😋. It feels heavier than the other two we had earlier. There were 6 kinds of tasting, so I wanted to try them all, but my trip to Niigata had just started! And it's not even 10am ❗️ it's morning ☀️🤣! So the tasting ended with 3 kinds! I bought a few souvenirs and went to the next destination 🚙.

We went for a drive in Niigata this time 😄♪ The main purpose was to visit Naeba Sake Brewery ❣️ We visited the brewery because we had a ticket for a brewery tour + in-store tasting that we received with the return gift from a Kurafan we participated in last year: ☝️ We visited the brewery just in time for opening time! We started with a tour of the brewery. The original tour course is supposed to be a peek inside through the glass. but they let us in and explained the brewery to us. but they let us in and let us take a close-up look while explaining to us. The brewers were all very kind and helpful It was a very valuable experience 🥰 (Thank you 🙏 ) After the tour, it was time for tasting 😋♪ Of course, Dora is the handle keeper, so I will drink 😁✌️ You get a coin with your ticket. I bought it at a liquor store near the Takagi Sake Brewery ❣️ There were many different sake rice varieties. I'm going to go with "Sake Mirai" 😉. Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨! Nice fruity aroma ✨🥂🥂✨. When you drink it The sweetness is just a little The sourness spreads to the palate with a hint of rice flavor. You can feel the alcohol. The lingering aftertaste is the good aroma and sweetness that you felt at first, and then it finishes quickly. Yes, it's delicious and handsome! It's good as it is, but it's perfect as a food sake. ❣️ It looks good warmed up, so I warmed it up lukewarm 🍶♨️ Oh my gosh‼️ the sweetness is soooooooo good! The sweetness and umami expands and mellows out ♡. And then the spiciness comes out and makes you tingle! As it cools down, the spiciness settles down and the sourness is refreshing. The sourness will refresh you. ❣️ You can enjoy the change of taste depending on the temperature. It was a delicious sake. Now, Dora's mission... To get "Asahi Taka" ‼️ To do so I had to stop by all the liquor stores that I had researched and checked out thoroughly☝️ Everything from the ones that looked like country stores to the ones that were just like a general store (lol). Anyway, I stopped by 15 or 16 🤣. And... we came across... the Asahi Hawk ✨✨. I got it after 14 shops 🎉😆🙌! It was a bit like a dream, I almost cried 😂😂. Yay 😎😎!

And it's a refreshing and beautiful sake 🍶. Perfect for a mealtime drink. ❣️ Negitoro donburi and of course ginger yaki are also 👌 It is very delicious with pickled eggplant 🍆. The sweetness and umami will expand and become very tasty😍. It's also sweeter when the temperature is slightly higher the sweeter the taste will be 😋. Sake that has been laying around 🍶. Shinshu Kamerei Tozawa Hitogokochi Un-filtered raw sake from 2 years ago 🤣. It's frosty because it was stored in remacom ❄️😂 Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨ It smells like happiness😍. When you drink it Gorgeous fruity sweet and sour 💕 Light bitterness and tingling sensation at the end. It's so delicious... ❣️ Is it because it is from Tozawa? I don't know if it's because it's from Tozawa or because it was a good year, It's just delicious 💕💕 It has such a fruity and robust flavor, but it's also delicious with food.
