The last time I was at Kagura's I wasn't sure if I wanted to drink it or not 🤣. Higan is said to be an excellent sake created over a period of 20 years by Minoru Hoshino, owner of the sake shop "Sake-Hoshino" in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, and Shu Hirata, the toji at Taiyo Shuzo in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. The only way to purchase it is to buy it at "Sake-Hoshino" 🤔 and also that it can only be purchased at a limited number of ryotei restaurants. I don't think Kagura-san is a ryotei though. 🤣 Now, my impression. I don't know about the aroma, but it is soft in the mouth, fresh, clean, and modest flavor with an elegant aftertaste of spiciness that disappears 🤔. If you drink it while drunk, you might mistake it for water with a little spiciness🤣. It is a beautiful and elegant dry sake. It is a sake that is served in ryotei (Japanese restaurants), so it is a food sake that does not spoil the taste of the food 🤔. The picture is not so ryotei-esque 🤣

Hi ichiro18 ✨ It's a magnificent taste, 20 years in the making! I enjoyed drinking Taiyo Sake Brewery's Taiyo Zakari when I was back home, so I would love to try it 🍶😊.

Although the impression from the glass is subdued, a fresh aroma like green bamboo passes through the nose as it enters the mouth. The crisp mouthfeel is followed by a tangy attack with umami in the aftertaste. A modest daiginjo-shu that does not disturb soba noodles.

It is a winter sake "higan" (鄙願) 🍶. Alcoholic aroma When you drink it Light acidity and umami... It tastes like water... You can't taste the flavor as much as the aroma. Strong alcohol taste in the aftertaste. A little herbal? A little herbal? After swallowing, it goes down from the throat to the chest After swallowing, it goes down from throat to chest to stomach. Chilli all the way😅. Hard to describe this drink... After a few days Sweetness on the palate... But soon the alcohol taste became stronger. Hacca? tastes like... I know the water is clean, but but it's not enough to make me want to drink more... I drank it at room temperature. The aroma and taste are like an alcoholic sake! Sweet, delicious, acidic, bitter (spicy?) The sweetness, umami, acidity, bitterness (spiciness?) come in order. I think it's like a Japanese sake! It is easier to drink than cold sake. I microwaved it to try heating it up! (It turned out to be very hot!) (It became hot!) It became very dry! But as it cooled down, it was smooth and mild and easy to drink 😌. It's easy to drink and nice 😋.

Hello, Tsubu-chan! I see you were able to buy "hikigan"! That's great 😲. It's a very rare bottle that is basically only offered to high-end restaurants and only sold at a sake shop in Niigata [Sake Hoshino] ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Sashu😄 I see you drink a lot of Taiyo Shuzo's sake 😘. I drank it for the first time! It was a bit subtle when drunk cold, I preferred it at room temperature or heated 😋 I think it's getting better by the day 😊.

Good evening, Gyve😄. Yes! I bought it from that Hoshino-san: ❣️ It seems that there were one bottle, four bottles and 500ml! I bought 2 bottles from them! You don't have to go to a fancy restaurant, you can drink it at home now 😘🤣.

Good morning, Pon-chan: ☀️ I really don't know where you get your information to arrive at this kind of sake 🤣. It depends on your taste, but I don't think I'd recommend this one cold...well, maybe warmed with food 😉👍
