It's like a fruit juice with strong sweetness and acidity 🍹. Almost no bitterness Anyway, it's sweet (sweet and thick)! The label on the back of the bottle reads #KJS and ☝️ So it's a noble sake 😘. I love the taste! but I think it's a little too sweet😅. If you add a little bit of carbonation It has a light bitterness to it 😋. It doesn't taste like alcohol and you can drink it in large gulps 😋. I gave it to someone who is new to sake. If you give it to someone who has never had sake before, they will drink it like a juice. They will get drunk at once 😅. Because it's 16 degrees! On the second day The second day, it became more acidic and alcoholic. It was sweet though. I could drink it better on the first day😌.

It will be served at room temperature ✨🥂✨. The aroma is like ripe banana🍌 or cemedine On the palate Mellow mouthfeel Mellow, dark sweetness and umami It is full of ♡♡♡ flavor Afterwards, it has a fruity feeling Afterwards, it is tightened by acidity with a fruity feeling. The pleasant aftertaste finishes softly and beautifully. It finishes nicely. When you swallow it, your heart will be hot with a sense of alcohol. It will make you hot. It is dense but easy to drink.
