My first summer sake is Yokoyama!
It's a refreshing summer sake with a clean ⭐ mouthfeel that is typical of summer sake.
Not too sweet and sharp, just right for a hot day 😀.
I was looking forward to winning the right to purchase a bottle of Jishin's special junmai by lottery the other day, and I was even more excited to see the junmai ginjo yesterday 😆.
I was surprised to find that there was still some fizz left in the bottle, even though there wasn't much left!
The balance of sweetness and sourness was very nice 😊.

I'll start with the last one I had!
I asked the master what kind of drink would go well with my dessert, and we both agreed that it would be "kudokyu-tei" 🌈!
This was the best ❤.
The sweetness of the strawberry tempura and cream is further enhanced by the kintoki-mame (red kidney beans), and the kudoki-ueki wraps it up in the perfect marriage 🐻💕!
I wanted to end with this, but my friend invited me out for another drink!

I see Senbon-Nishiki is a sake rice made to suit Hiroshima's climate and climate!
No sweetness or acidity, but an apple-like aroma and a clean umami flavor.
I have the impression that it is very sharp and gently dry 😊.
I paired it with oden with seafood broth from Kuze Fuku Shoten and it was quite good 😁.

I haven't had Gobashi since then.

Musho! I had actually never heard of this brand before😅.
The label is so cool!
At first, the sweetness and piquancy of the raw sake.
I thought it would be sharp and clean from there, but it was not too sharp, but light and refreshing.
The mouthfeel is not so dry as to make you think it is dry.
It was a food sake that would go well with any menu at the restaurant 😀.
By the way, Kaze no Shokudo's fried horse mackerel is different from other restaurants, crispy and fluffy 🐟, and definitely goes well with Musho!

First Sanuki Kuraudei😄 Adult Calpis!
I had always heard rumors and seen them in liquor stores, but there was no timing because of a full fridge.
This is sweet!
It's the kind you can drink like juice coupled with low alcohol 😊.
I think it would be more refreshing if it were chilled, but I thought it would have more of a calpis feel if it was closer to chilled 🤔.
We also compared Tsuchida and Sanuki Kuraudei drinks on this day😄.
Tsuchida is served half cold and half lukewarm, which is the best service ️.
Tsuchida 12 is made with a traditional sake yeast and white malted rice!
The cold sake is about the same temperature as the cool sake, and the sourness stands out from the aroma, but the light sweetness and gentle acidity lingers on the palate.
Lukewarm: The acidity is reduced and the mild sweetness is mellow😍.
Personally, I loved it lukewarm 🍶.

The name "Haru no Kaorufu" is really nice 🍃🌸🍃.

The aroma was described on the menu as citrusy, but it was either the temperature or the time after the bottle was opened that gave it a subdued ginjo aroma!
The sweetness in the mouth is strong, followed by umami and a good acidity.
It was like an apple, which is typical of Daishinshu 🍎.

I recently read a manga called "Arabashiri", which was originally planned by Kenchi Tachibana of EXILE, and I was so happy to see Ippou myself in it that I bought it 😁.
