My 100th post is still Fukushima sake!
I love it, Ippo 😊.
I recently read a manga called "Arabashiri", which was originally planned by Kenchi Tachibana of EXILE, and I was so happy to see Ippou myself in it that I bought it 😁.
You can taste the gentle sweetness, the fizziness, and the well-balanced umami and bitterness that is typical of muddy rice!
It's rather easy to pair with a wide variety of things!
I got take-out from a conveyor belt sushi restaurant today, and I feel that cheap sushi is upgraded when paired with Ippo Mi.
