This sake is shown here with the Ganki (uploaded earlier) when I went back to my parents' house for the Bon Festival.
I bought this along with GANKI (uploaded earlier) when I went back to my parents' house for the Obon holidays.
It has a higher Sake meter than the GANKI and is more dry.
It was refrigerated at the store, so it was fresh.
Both were refrigerated at the store, so they were fresh and tasty.
(a little fizzy) and tasted delicious.
Today my wife and son want to go to Osaka station to buy Kamen Rider Gabu's Gochizou 😅💦 and go sightseeing a little 🤔 if we can, we might be able to buy some sake 🤔 and we went by 🚗 and got Gochizou and sake safely 🤗No, I'm just tired. I was expecting to see a Yamanaka Sake store in Osaka station, but I found a few more than I expected, but I found a new one that I had never seen in Nagoya ❣️ I was so excited 🤣 and besides Kamen Rider, there were Capcom, Crayon Shinchan, FF and Godzilla stores, so I enjoyed just looking at them. I enjoyed👍After seeing Osaka, I feel like Nagoya is a countryside when I go back to Nagoya😥I was able to take a lot of pictures of my son, so I was satisfied with my day.
Okay, let's open the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is melon-like and the taste is melon-like and lactic acid 🤔It goes well with sushi 💖It's sweet enough to enjoy on its own, but also perfect as a food wine 👌
Good evening, Masa-san. ☺️
Thank you for your hard work on the Osaka trip.
It's not hard to drive even if your stay is short for the sake of your son's smile, isn't it?
And congratulations on getting the sake👏♥️
Good evening, Jun-san😄
It was my first time to go back home, but my wife was more pleased than my son 🤣www, we got Sake and Sushi, so we forgot about our fatigue and enjoyed our dinner 🤗.
Good evening, Masa-san!
I see you were able to come to Osaka! It's so cute that your son is so happy 💕 & I'm so happy for you 😊.
Please visit us again 🎶 this time at your leisure.
@ Fukuyama (2)
We happened to walk into a izakaya (Japanese style bar) and they recommended a variety of Fukuyama's delicious food... and the drinks just kept on coming...
There is not much of the lactic acidity or sourness often found in sake yeast. The taste is mild and full. Well-balanced bitterness with a long aftertaste.
Izumo - Shimanami Kaido - Takamatsu (8)
Izakayas on the Shimanami Kaido (Omishima) have quite a lot of foreign people, cycling?
I had a few other drinks, but my memory and records are hazy 😣.
Shinrai, another first time drinker!
It's clear.
And a little sweetness in it?
In the end, I drank too much this day 🥴.
A picture of the brewery's beer as well, as an added bonus!
Next day, from Shimanami Kaido to Takamatsu
Takashi
Here too 😊.
There are a lot of foreigners in Shimanami on weekdays.
They come in terms of weeks, so they seem to come to Shimanami
They come to Shimanami while crossing Japan.
Japanese can only come here on weekends 🤣.
Thank you, Choroki 😊.
I was talking about how there are many foreigners who seem to be calmer than in Tokyo. Maybe they have more time to spare?
Maybe it is the Japanese who are not so busy and do a lot of things in a short period of time? (Especially us, lol)
The aroma is not so much.
Sweetness and umami intertwine perfectly on the tip of the tongue,
and a fullness is felt through the throat.
It is just like a synchronized swimmer.
The one I bought in the summer and haven't drank yet!
Yellowish color.
It has a yellowish color! It's not hard to drink at all!
It has a woody aftertaste.
I have a feeling it's going to become mirin-like if it wakes up too much, so I'll have to drink it as soon as possible.
Green banana-like aroma.
The taste has a strong bitterness at low temperatures, but has a solid umami structure.
I feel that the combination of clear taste and umami is a characteristic of Kamirai.
