Good evening, I'll have your first series of Shinrai ⚡️ from Hiroshima 🙌 Jinrai Junmai Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a Senbon Nishiki sake. The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.

The end of the month when I was summoned to the head office and given a tough job. This year is going to be a tough year at work. Work aside, I went out for a drink with the head office staff. Hiroshima's Shinrai is my favorite brand. I remember how surprised I was when I drank it for the first time. I thought it would be a "Shinsei" sake with a wooden cask for sake making, but it is not at all. But it's not at all. The yeast is different, of course. It tastes delicious. It has a yogurt flavor, but it matches well with the wooden vat. It was a drink that made me say, "Wow!

We wander around and enter a tavern we find. The restaurant has a nice view of the quiet sea and the mountainous nightscape from the seats. The sashimi was sea bream! Sake was, of course, locally brewed! This is my first time to try "Kamirai". It goes well with sea bream sashimi! It was like being struck by lightning! I love traveling.

海外でも大人気のにごり酒！三輪酒造の「白川郷」をご紹介

『日本酒 × 美女〜私を飲みに連れてって♡〜（三輪酒造編）』でご紹介した「三輪酒造」と「白川郷」について、詳しくご紹介したいと思います。   1. 三輪酒造について 今回、動画の中で美女が飲んでいる白川郷 炭酸純米 泡にごりは、岐阜県の三輪酒造のお酒です。三輪酒造とは、どのような酒蔵なのでしょうか？ 歴史は江戸時代へさかのぼり、天保8年（1837年）創業で、180年ほどの歴史を持っています。この歴史のなかで、三輪酒造はさまざまな困難がありました。江戸時代から明治時代にかけ大火、大地震、そして大洪水など大きな災害が蔵を襲ったのです。 しかし今では、「白川郷」が日本を代表するブランドとして、アメリカやカナダなど北米をはじめ、アジア・ヨーロッパ・オーストラリアなど世界で楽しまれています。この白川郷というお酒については、下記で詳しく説明しますね。 蔵のある岐阜県の大垣市は、雨が多い場所です。長良川（ながらがわ）、揖斐川（いびがわ）などの一級河川を含めて15もの河川が通っています。町のいたる場所で湧き水がでており、古くから「名水の都」として有名な場所でした。その天然水のおかげもあって、三輪酒造のお酒がこれほどまでに人気を博しているのですね。 （出典：三輪酒造） また、三輪酒造は酒造りをしている「蔵」も建造物として歴史的な価値が認められています。三輪酒造にある「北蔵」「南蔵」の2棟は明治期の酒蔵の典型例で歴史的な街並み景観に寄与するものとして、2011年に国の登録有形文化財に認められています。 最近では、近代化が推し進められた酒蔵も多くあり、そういった現代における酒造りの現場も趣がありますが、古き良き酒蔵の様相もまた、グッとくるものがありますね。     2. 白川郷 純米活性にごりについて 白川郷 炭酸純米 泡にごりとは、どのような味わいなのでしょう。動画の中では美女が「わ〜、口の中がシュワシュワ！こんなの、はじめて、、、♡」とおいしく飲んでいるのが印象的ですよね。 やはりにごり、つまり「お米のつぶつぶ」がお酒の中に残っている状態なので、香りにも味わいにも「お米」を感じるお酒です。お米の甘さと、クリーミーさも感じることができ、何より炭酸のシュワシュワが味わいを心地よく感じさせてくれます。   ◎開け方に注意！SAKETIMES | 日本酒をもっと知りたくなるWEBメディア

Memorandum: 20th Degree of alcohol content: 16%, Rice polishing ratio: 65 100% Senbon-Nishiki (grown in Hiroshima Prefecture) Sake meter: +4, Acidity: 1.8 This sake is shown here with the Ganki (uploaded earlier) when I went back to my parents' house for the Bon Festival. I bought this along with GANKI (uploaded earlier) when I went back to my parents' house for the Obon holidays. It has a higher Sake meter than the GANKI and is more dry. It was refrigerated at the store, so it was fresh. Both were refrigerated at the store, so they were fresh and tasty. (a little fizzy) and tasted delicious.

Today my wife and son want to go to Osaka station to buy Kamen Rider Gabu's Gochizou 😅💦 and go sightseeing a little 🤔 if we can, we might be able to buy some sake 🤔 and we went by 🚗 and got Gochizou and sake safely 🤗No, I'm just tired. I was expecting to see a Yamanaka Sake store in Osaka station, but I found a few more than I expected, but I found a new one that I had never seen in Nagoya ❣️ I was so excited 🤣 and besides Kamen Rider, there were Capcom, Crayon Shinchan, FF and Godzilla stores, so I enjoyed just looking at them. I enjoyed👍After seeing Osaka, I feel like Nagoya is a countryside when I go back to Nagoya😥I was able to take a lot of pictures of my son, so I was satisfied with my day. Okay, let's open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is melon-like and the taste is melon-like and lactic acid 🤔It goes well with sushi 💖It's sweet enough to enjoy on its own, but also perfect as a food wine 👌

Izumo - Shimanami Kaido - Takamatsu (8) Izakayas on the Shimanami Kaido (Omishima) have quite a lot of foreign people, cycling? I had a few other drinks, but my memory and records are hazy 😣. Green banana-like aroma. The taste has a strong bitterness at low temperatures, but has a solid umami structure. I feel that the combination of clear taste and umami is a characteristic of Kamirai.
