I was looking forward to winning the right to purchase a bottle of Jishin's special junmai by lottery the other day, and I was even more excited to see the junmai ginjo yesterday 😆.
I was surprised to find that there was still some fizz left in the bottle, even though there wasn't much left!
The balance of sweetness and sourness was very nice 😊.
