The Wind Diner continued
I drank a glass of Setoichi no Iza 🍶-.
I don't know why they didn't have a brand of sake crocodile!
It had a gorgeous apple-like flavor and acidity, and was very sharp 🍎.
I forgot to post the rest of the wind diner 😅
It has a depth of flavor that only unadjusted can have, and a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness👍
Today I'm drinking alone at the wind diner 😀.
I went to a sake event called Wakate no Yoake (Dawn of the Young) in Otemachi on Friday the 23rd, and when I mentioned that the Hiyayogoshi from Tobiran was the best sake there, they had just stocked it, so I was the first one to be allowed to try it!
The flavor changes depending on the temperature, but when it is cooled down, it has a sweet and sour taste like a green apple and a long lingering umami flavor, making it a pleasant gem 🍏.
At chilled, it's a little more tart and plum-like!
The lingering calmness that only hiya oroshi can give is the best ❤.
It's been a long time coming, but here's a continuation of the Wind Diner
Genshu Mai, I've been wanting to drink for a while, so I ordered it 😀.
This is Yamada-Nishiki, with a sweet and umami flavor that really stands out 😊.
It was the one that was gone before I knew it!
Well, I'm going back to my hometown of Fukushima for summer vacation starting today, so I'm looking forward to enjoying some Fukushima sake✨.
The Wind Diner continued
The sake seemed to have been aged from the raw sake, and while it retained the tingling sensation that only raw sake can have, it had a melon-like flavor that was less sweet and more subdued 🍈.
It goes perfectly with fermented foods such as miso and cheese 😀.
Went to Kaze no Shokudo for a drink for the first time in a month 😀.
They saved me a bottle of Niimasa Viridian because there was only a few bottles left 😁.
It's sweet and sour, but very sweet.
The label said it smelled of kiwi and mint, and if you ask me, I thought it had a slight minty flavor, but it was hard for me to tell lol.
The mouth feel was very smooth and easy to drink 😊.

This is the second of two consecutive ️️Tokaimori
This one is also low al at 13 degrees!
This is a melon that is so melon-like and juicy 🍈 that it's not an exaggeration to say it's a melon!
The sweetness of the miso and cucumber is a good match 🥒.
Melon feeling that I couldn't feel at the last Nagurayama.
Recommended for those who want to taste the melon feeling👍
The Wind Diner continued
To Kai Sheng 2 in a row!
The first one is No.77
Refreshing and light sweetness like malic acid!
Low alcohol (13%), but very drinkable 😚.
I forgot to drink and put it up💦.
This is the second bottle of Shigemasu 🙂.
It seems to be a limited edition made with Yame Gin-no-sato!
It has a subtle sweetness and umami flavor, followed by a firm sharpness, so it's like a food sake that's easy to pair with many things 😊.
Kosho-kun, good evening 😁Higashimasu is a classic food sake that adults seem to like 👍It's the kind of sake that makes me want to drink it irresistibly, or rather, it's easy to pair with anything.
The second one is Kameizumi!
Not many places serve active nigori 😀.
This time, the sake level was low and not too sweet, making it easy to drink!
It goes well with pickle champuru, and the acidity and the sweetness of the nigori works great👍.
Finally 150 check in 🙇♂️.
Since it's our 1 year anniversary, I'm giving away a bottle of Akabu's Soul No Daikyo and a front cover 🎁.
Next time I want to drink it myself 😅 Flagship
Congratulations on your 150th check-in, Kosho 🎉🎊!
What a coincidence that it matches your store's commemoration ✨And your gift is wonderful! I'm sure it was very much appreciated.
Kosho, congratulations on your 150th check-in ㊗️🎉🎊and 1st anniversary of your favorite restaurant ㊗️🎉!
I've never had Kameizumi's active nigori, I'd like to try it 😋 ♫
Good evening 🌇
Congratulations on your 150 check-ins👏.
Kameizumi is delicious, isn't it? Combined with the anniversary of your restaurant, it's an unforgettable day 😁.
Good evening, Mr. Kosho!
Congratulations on your 150 check-ins 🎉🎊
Kameizumi nigori is rare 😲I still can't drink it because only one bottle is available 😢.

Congratulations on 🎊150in🎉.
I want to drink this, and I'm sleeping in the Akabu fridge, which one should I comment on - watah:((( ;-):watah
I'm using my afternoon pay today to have a drink because my favorite restaurant is celebrating its 1st anniversary 😀.
I've already had 3 beers and I'm in a good mood, but I'm also in the mood for sake!
Kamo Kanehide and Nasu deep-fried and soaked in soy sauce
This summer sake has a refreshing acidity, light flavor, and a firm dryness that goes great with the sweet and sour taste of the oil-soaked Nasu fish 🍶.
To Kaimori's white is 13% low al and has a gentle sweet and sour taste that is good for today's climate 😋.
It also goes well with fried horse mackerel with tartar 😁.
I'm drinking lunch today 🍶´-
It's so hot, skunk cabbage from beer!
It has a good balance of gentle sweetness and sourness and is refreshing to drink😊.
It was also quite good with fried and soaked eggplant ♥
I drank To Kai, but all I could find was To Kai Mori.
The acidity is mild and gentle on the palate☺.
It enhances the flavor of the rice.
I was also served it lukewarm and it was even more mellow and very tasty 😊.
Today I had a drink at my favorite restaurant to close out my 6 workdays in a row 😀.
I came home without hurting my leg this time lol.
It was hot so I was drinking beer guns, and of course sake!
I drank Izumibashi's Summer Yago Sparkling first and forgot to take a picture 💧.
Oh well, it can't be helped lol
So it's Hato Masamune 😀.
It has an apple-like sourness and flavor, not too sweet!
It went well with the cream cheese with wasabi 😊.
All Daishinshu has a sour taste and aroma like apples 🍎.
This one did too 😀.
I think it would go well with french fries or potato salad 🥔.
(I was full so I enjoyed it on its own)
Good evening 😄 I may have never had this 🤔 I'm curious to know if it would go well with fries 🤔 I'm careful to always have sake suitable for eating and sake suitable for drinking alone when I'm full 😅.
Good morning, Tsuyodai 😀
I think it's very rare to find a drinker who has both a food sake and a stand-alone sake in stock.
That's what I'm talking about 🥺.
I went out for this last week 👀.
The Youth Series is a gem that only about 5 liquor stores in the whole country carry 😊.
So crisp and sharp with a refreshing acidity and mouthfeel!
I really wanted to pair it with sashimi, but I went late in the day and they were sold out💦.
I also enjoyed this with magochi tempura 🐟.
I drank too much yesterday and the day before and now I'm home and feeling dull lol.
I know it's been a while, but here's the one from last week.
I've been wanting to try it for a long time!
The jacket is so cute!
The aroma is sweet and sour, like berries 🍓.
The sweetness is wrapped by the sourness𓂃◌𓈒𓐍
The aftertaste was good tooʚ🧸ྀིɞ
For some reason, Akita's Kikusui was on the list of brands, but Nagano's Kikusui was not 🤔.
I also went to Kaze no Shokudo the day after I went to brew 😁.
GW drank too much💦.
Posting this now after all this time!
The day before we had bamboo shoot tempura, and the next day we had bamboo shoot stew ▲!
I learned that junmai sake goes well with it, so I chose Kikusui's Haru/Hitohira!
Yes, you guessed correctly🙆♀️!
The synergy of the deliciousness of rice, bamboo shoots and dashi is the best 👍✨.
