While in the mouth, the pineapple aroma spreads and once you drink it, it leaves a bit of bitterness 🍍. The aroma is quite high, so it would be better to drink it quickly💡. With the sashimi, the bitterness disappears and the pineapple flavor increases 🐟. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's September distribution 🍶. I've been saving this bottle because I couldn't open it for a while, but I had a big job waiting for me this week, so I decided to open it to get myself in the mood 🍾. Dairy and Yeast March Corner Report: 4️⃣ My brothers and I decided to drink it last because they said it was "a very rich tasting noble brew" 🍶. If this bottle was suddenly served to me, I would have mistaken it for wine 🌾🌾. They also serve sparkling sake in the summer 💡. The aroma of apple and sweetness is very strong 🍎. I thought this tasted absolutely delicious to drink with meat dishes 🍖. After 4 drinks, we called it a night. I left Nemuchi-san and went home quietly, except for bouken-san and a liquor store in Motomachi 🚈.

Dairy and Yeast March Corner Report: 3️⃣ I've been through the pure blue brand because it's always on the shelf, but I decided to take the opportunity to try it 💡. Expectations are high as they use Aizan from Kasai city ⤴️ The sweetness is felt in the mouth at first, but it soon recedes with a hint of sourness. The bitterness peculiar to Aizan is not felt too much, but it is not too sweet, and it can be drunk without peculiarity. After that, my brothers were drinking Junqing too👍.

Dairy and Yeast March Corner Report: 2️⃣ Next, I decided to have the sake that my brothers and I chose. Nemuchi opened the bottle and we had it fresh ✨. This was the first time I learned that Morinori is a Kakogawa sake 💡. Although it says it is dry, it is a bit schwarzy and also has a sweetness and acidity like a white wine. There are still many brands in Hyogo that I haven't tried 💦.

Dairy and Yeast March Corner Report: 1️⃣ This is a review of the meeting with my brothers (bouken and Nemuchi) at the mysterious cheese shop👍 Nemuchi went there to buy WHITE and they decided to let us drink it for the store 👀. It flows smoothly with a mild acidity and the sweetness of white malted rice. This soft mouthfeel with a hint of white koji sweetness is what makes it so quintessential ✨.

When you take a sip, you can feel the light sweetness, but at the end of the sip, the umami and bitterness of the rice come all at once. When I visited Sumiyoshi at Hakata Station at the end of the year, I happened to see it on the shelf, so I bought it without hesitation👍. It seems to be readily available in Fukuoka, I envy you ❗️ It has a more natural rice flavor than Yamadanishiki and is very drinkable ✨. I'm not sure which one I like better, but I'd probably go for the Hozasu if I'm going to hit the meaty side 💡. 720 mL ¥ 3,390

Finally back to the regular review, it is already the last day of June 💧. We still have a lot of winter and spring sake left here, so we will keep reviewing more and more: ❄️ I happened to have a good time to buy it online, so I popped it in. You can't buy it in Kobe, so this is the first Sansudo I've had at home ✨. It has a schwarming rice flavor, a muscat-like sweetness, and a gentle texture that flows smoothly on the tongue. SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 2️⃣ 0️⃣ This is the last 20 drinks🍶. You all can review this much in one day, but if an amateur started doing it, this is how it would be💧. This is also my first time sharing Sawanoizumi 💡. I thought it was dry on the palate, but the umami gradually spread and I enjoyed the surprisingly robust flavor ✨. I'm so grateful to be able to get a bottle of Sendai's Sake Kawashima's special order in Osaka 🙌! The master's love of sake was evident in the store, as he stocks his own special sake from all over the country👍. After the party, bouken and I stopped by our usual liquor store and bought some cat sake that was handed to us before we knew it 😹. It was a great day drinking with everyone. *Thanks for the photos of everyone 📷

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 1️⃣ 9️⃣ The 3rd meeting was at chuin, Aladdin's favorite restaurant 🚕. It is a simple standing-style restaurant specializing in sake, and leaflets with explanations were provided, so even I, who did not have much knowledge about sake, was able to drink with awareness 🍶. The first drink was Inogashira. When I think of "Inokashira" I think of a famous park in Tokyo, but this is Nagano sake ❄︎ The sake is made from Hitogokochi, which has a nice sweetness and flows smoothly without any peculiarities 💡. The label is so unique that I'm not sure what it means... 🌀

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 1️⃣ 8️⃣ For the last round of the first meeting, we decided to have the No. 1 ranked Kuroryu in Jive's hometown, Fukui🐉. I personally probably drank it for the first time💡. My mouth is freaking out because I'm only drinking this one, but after a very slight sweetness, it just flowed smoothly and I didn't taste much bitterness ✨. The first meeting ended with this one. I drank a lot at the second party, but the bottle didn't show up and I couldn't take a picture of the label, so I'm going to pass on posting it 💨.

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 1️⃣ 7️⃣ We decided to have Osaka sake at the end of the party🌸 It is called Yamahai, which means "mountain waste", and it has a deep flavor with a lot of umami. I've been drinking a lot of smooth sakes, so drinking them in this order makes a strong statement👍. I wish I had known about this brewery when I lived in Osaka 💧.

I didn't know that Takachiyo's brewery was serving it in Arzoe. It's very refreshing to drink and flows smoothly. The name may be cool, but the label is simple and cut-out style.

There is not that much fruitiness in the fruit house, and the impression is quite smooth and flows like water. I was surprised that they have Junmai Daiginjo at Atago no Matsuri 👀. I wonder where they differentiate themselves from Hakurakusei?

Report on the SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party🔟. Next up was Sogen. Since I had not been able to drink enough Ishikawa sake since the earthquake at the beginning of the year, I was grateful to have it. It had a good balance of sweetness and umami, with a high nutty aroma and solid taste🥜. As the sake was packed during the blackout, it was a memorable drink.

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 9️⃣ After a seat change time around here, we decided to have some makgeolli that Nemuchi-san had selected from the refrigerated case🥃. The label is loose for Tate-no-kawa, and is it in line with the recent Showa-retro boom? I thought it would taste rich, but it was a bit sweet and sour and felt refreshing in my mouth💡.

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 8️⃣ I often see it but never drank it 🌕🌕 after the rain I didn't know it was the #1 Hiroshima sake to begin with💧. It has a melon-like aroma and a bit of sweetness that flows smoothly. It says it's super dry, but it's not chipper or spicy, it's soft to the touch and easy to drink👍.
