There are several brands of sake rice that interest me, one of which is Hakutsuru Nishiki 🌾.
I like Hakutsuru Sake Brewery's enthusiasm to bring the seriousness of a major company to local sake 👍.
This time we had the Toichi version.
It has a sweetness that clings to the tongue and flows with a touch of bitterness.
Surprisingly mineral and robust.
I drank it with dumplings and it was gone immediately 🥟.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee.
I remember that it was delicious when I compared it with a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Hakutsuru Nishiki that I had bought as part of a Jyushiyo bundle 😋.

Hello bouken!
When you say "Jyushiyo", you must have bought it at Matsu Fat in Osaka lol.
I haven't seen the Toyo Bijin Hakutsuru Nishiki yet, so I'll have to check it out when I see it 👀.

I didn't know about liquor stores back in the day, so I was mainly a potholder😅.
