500 check-in is the bastard son of a 14yo dragon that I drank on my birthday 🐉(I checked in a little ahead of time, sorry for the adjustment💦)
A bottle of Sumino Sake Shop January hanpukai 🍶.
I was so surprised to find such a good bottle in the hanpukai that I opened it on my birthday after waiting for half a year 🍾 (The brewer recommended drinking it within 3 months, but...)
We had it for dinner at a hotel in Sasayama, where we rented a whole house, as a digital detox ✨.
Needless to say, it tasted like a classy pineapple, and the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness was one that I once again feel is a key point that no other can imitate 🍍.
Surrounded by mountains and listening to the birds, it was a relaxing moment for me, even though I am from the countryside, to just zone out and think about nothing 🐧.
Fireflies were flying at night, and since I hadn't seen them since I was a child, I couldn't sleep at night because I was so fascinated by them 💧.
I heard that if the sky is clear, the stars are also beautiful, so I would like to visit again in the fall. ✴︎
