The meeting surrounding Mr. TOMO 2024⑮ The last of the first party is Daishichi! Although he was not present on this day, Daishichi is an image that Mr. Sakeran likes 😁. It feels spicier than Ryusei, but it has the unique taste of Daishichi that I feel every time! Ohshichi has a unique atmosphere that is different from other sake brewers, but I wonder if it comes from the yeast? I wonder if I like the freshness, rich umami, and sweetness of the fresh brew better. It's also delicious cold. The third photo is of Nemuchi, who joined from the 2nd party waiting for the end of the 1st party 😆.

Thanks for the first round of reviews, bouken 😊. It was the first time I got to try so much heated sake, so it was fun 😆 It's always fascinating to find delicious sake that I didn't know about ✨.

Thanks Pon-chan 🙇 I'd love to go to a place that only serves heated sake 😳. I've never had so many heated drinks in the same day 😳I'd love to go to a place that only serves heated sake 😆. The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024⑭ First time drinking at Ryusei. I had my eye on it from the moment I entered the restaurant and saw the menu 😁. I never buy it even if I see it 💦 because I have an image that it looks especially spicy. It's supposed to be dry, but it also has a sourness and a gentle sweetness. I wonder if it has a gentle taste since it says "harmony" on the menu? I have the image of additive-free being harsh, but it's this gentle taste with no yeast 😳. I'd like to try it at home if it's available.

The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024⑬ I've heard rumors about Icebreaker's heated sake for a long time. This was the first time I drank it 😋. Thank you Hirupeko 😭 It tastes better heated than cold 😋. I think it's sweeter and a little more citrusy. I think I like it better than on the rocks or cold sake?

The Meeting Surrounding TOMO 2024⑫ Next, Kamikame Hikomago is said to be aged for more than 3 years, but is it more peculiar than Hikomago? I think both Hikomago and Shinkame are not my favorite type of sake if drunk at room temperature or cold 🤔.

Meeting with Mr. TOMO 202411 We are drinking heated sake from the previous Kurumasaka to the last sake 🍶. Shinkame, which I drank at the brewer's festival, but it was the last one, so I don't remember much about it 🐢. First, let's start with Hikoson. It's delicious with a hint of sweetness 😋. If you have both Hikoson and Kamikame, you want to compare them, don't you? So...

The meeting surrounding TOMO-san 202410 We drank it at the June meeting with Mr. Gura and all of us were in an uproar. Kurumasaka's 20 years old sake 😁. According to the storekeeper, there are only a few bottles left in the warehouse... I ordered it at room temperature at first, and when I mentioned that it would be good heated up, the guy brought it to me heated up. I should have 😅... I drank it at room temperature and warmed up, and it has a peculiar taste but I felt sweetness when it was at room temperature, and the peculiarity was pulled out when it was heated up. Personally, I prefer it at room temperature where the sweetness is stronger. It has a strong peculiarity though 😅 From here on, it's heated sake time until last order 🍶. Please see Pon-chan's post for more photos other than sake, including the food we ate and the souvenirs we received from TOMO 😌.

Hi bouken 😃 This sake has a very different look when it's cold or warmed up 😳It's hard to choose between the two... but I vote for cold for the kinky sake lovers ✋.

The meeting surrounding TOMO-san 20249 I think Hirupeko-san said she wanted to drink Kamikigen! I think she said 😊. I don't drink Kamikigen at home too often 🤔. It's fresher and sweeter than I expected 😋. I think Kamikigen seems to be sold everywhere, but I don't think it's sold very often 🤔.

Meeting around TOMO-san 2024⑧. This is also Yamama, which I don't usually drink. It was raw sake, so I drank it. The rice is Takananishiki. It was juicy, gassy, and extremely delicious! I think it might be my favorite sake among the ones we drank at the first party. Hanamup and Nanamizu were also good, but in total balance 🤔. Lutemi asked me where she could buy Yamama. I introduced him to Takakura and Kobayashi Shoten in Konohana, but there are no other distributors in Osaka, right?

The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024 (7) I have the impression that Lutemi likes pine midori. I thought I've had it before, but it was hiyaoroshi, not akiagari😅 I think the rice is different, Miyamanishiki for Akigari and Omachi for Hiyayoroshi. They said it tasted mild and didn't seem to interfere with the meal. Personally, I prefer hiyaoroshi because it's fresher and more fruity. Akinagari is a little more mature 🤔.

The meeting surrounding TOMO-san 2024⑥. I heard it's called "Heart Label" ♥ I don't remember if it's Amahana or Onogawa, but tomosan said they don't see it in Kumamoto, so here it is 😊. It's been a long time since I've had Amahana 😆. I often come to department stores and there are many places where I can buy it, so I tend to put it off thinking I can drink it anytime 🙄. I think it was pretty fruity, but the Hana Yuu was too sweet and after that it didn't leave much of an impression😅. It seems to have a gaseous taste when it's freshly opened. Seems like it's a sake released around Valentine's Day.

The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024⑤. Dewa Sanzan of Hanayu, I thought it was the first time, but I drank it last year 😁. It's juicy, sweet and delicious! Maybe some people didn't like it because it was too sweet😅. It was fun to hear about the liquor store situation in Kumamoto, like how you can buy ●● but not ○○ 😆. I was surprised that there are only a few distributors in Kumamoto, and I was also surprised that Ding has a distributor in Miyazaki 😳.

The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024④. It is said that 80% Omachi and 20% Yamada-Nishiki are used, although it is not written on the bottle. Mild but fruity. Orangey. Refreshing. Sorry I feel like I was spitting venom too early, probably because I was warming up too much at the tasting 🙇.

Meeting with TOMO 2024 ③. Nanamizu after a long absence Is it a hiyaoroshi type sake? It's Omachi, but it seems to be treated as a regular sake because it's made from rice that is not equal to Omachi. It is juicy, dark, and sweet. Tochigi Ai at the offline meeting

It's a hiyaoroshi-type sake that has been laid down in the brewery, but it was sweet and easy to drink without any sense of maturity 😋. I try to drink Tochigi sake at offline meetings if there is any 🥳.

Meeting around TOMO 2024 (2) I saw Tsushimaya on the menu, so I ordered it and found it was a pure Omachi that I had drunk before😅. It was juicy and delicious, just like Omachi 😋! This is the third time for me to drink at Gifu Sake event and at home, so I can't say I was impressed the first time, but it's delicious! The introduction of the sake is interesting 🤣 the president of Tsushimaya came to the store and said it was awkward because they didn't have any Tsushimaya.

Meeting around TOMO 2024①. Since Tomo-san was coming to Osaka, we had a party with him at Ojisan and Sake, which has become a regular event of the Kansai Off-line Meeting. Last year, it was a weekday, so I couldn't join the party. The participants were Tomo, Pon-chan, Rafa, Rutemi, Hirupeko and me. I'm sorry we arrived just before (or after?) the start of the party, just like the last time we had a party with Mr. Gura at this restaurant. Sorry for arriving at the last minute. I guess the proximity to Higobashi makes people let their guard down 🙄. The toast was Tomo's choice of Jyukyu 😊. The specs of Jyuukyu are not always listed on the label, but according to the information from the liquor store, it has the following Sake is a junmai daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 45%, Kinmon-Nishiki M310 yeast, Sake strength of -6.03, acidity of 2.6, and is bottle heated and fire-aged. The one I've had in the past had an orange animal, but because it's Kinmon-nishiki? It's golden. The previous one was Hitogokochi with different specs 🤔. It's fire-aged but gorgeous, fruity, sweet and juicy and delicious 😋. The introduction of the sake shop says it's a "summer over" sake, so I wonder if it's a hiyaoroshi type of sake? I thought I haven't had it recently, but it's been 3 years since I last had it 😅.

Report 10📝 on Mr. Gura's welcome party The last? is my personal favorite summer sake in Sanin, Gassan🍉. It flows like water and is not sticky at all. I think I drank a few others as we moved around the table, but I have no further record of them 💧. This time we had plans for later, so Gula and I said we'd see each other again in Fukuoka and split up ✨. It was an offline meeting where I was able to drink brands that I don't drink myself and was inspired once again 💡.

Report on Mr. Gura's welcome party 6📝. Next is Shibaurachu, which at one time was a hot topic due to the small number of stores that carried it. This season, the production volume may have increased, and it is now easier to get it even in Kansai👍. It is easy to drink like water, with a slight bitterness at the end💨. This one also seems to be shaken for summer sake.
