I wonder if the specs for this one will be a Hashira shochu-brewed Kijoshu.
It has a tart apricot-like sweetness and a sourness at the end.
There was no alcohol smell of shochu, and the acidity gave it a nice sharpness.
Personally, I quite liked the taste✨.
