Report on the welcome party for Mr. Gura 1📝. I've skipped posting for about two weeks again💧. I will do my best to pack it in during the Bon 💨 Here is a report on the welcome party for Gula, who came to Osaka again this year in June: ✏️ The last Kansai Chapter New Year's party was held at Uncle and Sake 🏬. When I got off at Higobashi station, I was in a bit of a hurry as it looked like I was just in time for the meeting, and I met up with Nemuchi-san. After that, we were seated close to each other and he told me "There's hana-yosu ❗️" and I said "That's nice!" and we ended up toasting sake 💡. It tasted like a pineapple in my mouth and did not betray my expectations 🍍.

A bottle from Sumino Sake Shop's May Hanpukai 🍶. Okuharima has an image of being peculiar and strong (as in Omune's), so I avoided drinking it at home 💧. I heard that Mr. Toji Yamauchi moved from Miyako Bijin this season, so it will be interesting to see if the style will have too much acidity and amino acids 👀. This time I had it with sashimi 🐟 as it was dry, sharply shaken, with a slight magic smell and a light bitterness as it receded. Buy a tank of one, Sumino Sake Shop's original sake 🛢️ 720 mL ¥ 1,595

I went through it last year and regretted it after reading your review, so I made sure to get it this year, at Asano-san lol. I personally didn't like Sentori's Organic-Naturals series because I thought they tasted too thin, but the Sparkling was very tasty and had a clean, refreshing aftertaste with a little bitterness ✨. It smells like melon at first, with a citrusy bitterness in the aftertaste. It's only released once a year, but I think it could be a standard 👍. 720 mL ¥ 2,500

I happened to get it at Kotobuki on my weekday off✨. When I got home, I looked at it carefully and saw that it was last August. I thought, "Oh?" but I drank it cold 💡. The sweetness like Wasanbon spread out and went away easily. It was less peculiar than the Junmai sake I had before, and I definitely preferred this one👍. It is as sparkling as a sparkling wine. It has a cloudy white color, a delicious rice flavor, and a slightly bitter taste with a refreshing sweetness. After getting the pink one, I bought the green one because it was also on sale. We were able to compare the two at the same time👍. It has a schwashy, faintly citrusy aroma that flows smoothly with a slight bitterness. There is also a gentle pineapple sensation. bouken - Nemuchi and I went to a mysterious cheese shop to get this 🚈. Pink is the Dantotsu favorite among Abeno's seasonal sake. Every year it sells out so fast that I never had a chance to buy it, and this year I was lucky enough to buy it with my brothers 💡. It was juicy and fruity, just like the rumors say, and it was gone in a gulp 💧. 720 mL ¥ 2,420

Banana and apricot-like sweetness comes in, but the aftertaste is refreshing, perhaps because it is a draft sake. Shichida no Kokoro Aizan Version✨ I bought this one when I visited Teramura as well. I had had the fire-brewed version last year, but the unfiltered raw version was fresher and more to my liking👍. It has a smooth, watery texture with a hint of sweetness that recedes with bitterness. On the second day, the sweetness increases, and I think I prefer this one. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's February Hanpukai 🍶. This is the first time I've had it even though it's a well-known brand ✨. As I had heard beforehand, it was too elegant for my taste 💧. I guess I should have left it for a week and drank it like it says on the label. I'm surprised to look back at the price now and see that I drank such an expensive bottle so soon 💦. 720 mL ¥ 6,050

The bitter taste comes first, with a slight sweetness and savory aroma. It is a bit classical. It may be a little different from the general image of Houou Mita 💡. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's March Hanpukai. It is a test brew using sake rice called "Aikoku," which was used in the Meiji era (1868-1912). Indeed, the name reflects the historical background of the time. You can also taste the roughness of the rice, so I drank it with meat dishes 🥩. 720 mL ¥ 2,420

Dairy and Yeast May Corner Report: 2️⃣ Next is Amber Izumi, another brand of Izumi Shuzo, famous for Senzuke. I was told about it by bouken before but never had a chance to drink it, so I was able to drink it here 💡. It says that it is made from 100% Hyogo rice, but I could not find out the variety 💧. It has a gentle sweetness, but flows smoothly without any peculiarities💨. It's a bit of a "orikarami", but I don't think the flavor of the rice is that strong.

Hi Yoohee, I'm sorry to hear that. I think that the Amber Spring is basically made with Gohyakumangoku, and this product is made with Gohyakumangoku and rice 🤔.

Dairy and Yeast May Corner Report: 1️⃣ Last day of GW, nothing much to do, so I decided to check out a mysterious cheese shop 👀. I had never had the REGULUS from the Star Series, so I decided to try it anyway 💡. It was a little schwarzy, smelled like white grapes and flowed smoothly. It was like a white wine as rumored, and the bottle is stylish, so I recommend it even for those who don't like sake👍. I also had a glass of Abeno Green afterwards and it was so good that I bought a bottle. I will report later 📝.

Morning Drinking Raku Sake Corner Report 2️⃣ The second drink was Oroku, not Jogei. I thought it was Oroku on the label and drank it halfway through. Unlike the image, it is dry and has a mineral taste, but it goes down well. I thought Jouki sounded like a person's name, but it turned out to be the toji's name💦. Sumino's label on the back is perfect ✨.

Morning Drinking Raku Sake Corner Report 1️⃣ I didn't have any plans during Golden Week, so I decided to have a drink in Sannomiya with my college friends after a long time 💡. After the third bar, I wanted to have some sake, so we decided to go to Raku Sake, which I had been curious about for a while 🍶. It's always crowded with regulars, so it was hard to get in, but this time we decided to take the plunge ✨. The first drink was Masanochi from Saku, which I rarely drink at home. It has a sweetness like Wasanbon and flows smoothly in the mouth with a soft 💨. The bottle had already been opened in the fire, but I could feel the freshness and enjoyed it very much👍.

Here we go into the May review 🎏. Finally caught up with the calendar 🟦. Since my GW schedule didn't allow me to go very far, I'll start with the Fukuju I drank when I visited the Fruit and Flower Park in Kita-ku, Kobe City, where I could stay overnight in the neighborhood 🍶. The first glass was a special junmai, but the bottle didn't show up so I passed 💨. I was curious about a mini bottle of cold sake for the second glass, so I asked for it and this is what I got. I thought it was unusual because it had an owl printed on it, and later I found it at a nearby coop 💧. Seems easy to find in Hyogo Prefecture 🦉. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Oji Zoo💴.

This one is less fizzy and, on the contrary, has a stronger sweetness and pineapple taste 🍍. I was surprised that the aroma was higher once fired 👀.
