Snoqualmie drinking comparison: Yuyamanishiki version 📝.
Half a year after the first Yamada-Nishiki, the last Yuyamanishiki was released 🌾 when I was thinking that there were three types of Snoklet as I recall.
This one has the impression of sweetness followed by a strong acidity.
The acidity tightens it up, making it a perfect bottle for this hot season👍.
After comparing 3 types of wine, I personally think
Sagabiyori>Oyamanishiki>Yamadanishiki

I have never had Sagabiyori, but I was curious to see your preference 😊In case you don't know, last year I preferred Oyama to Yamada 😁I haven't had one this year and would like to try it if I can find it. I haven't had one this year, so I'd like to try it if I can find one.

I think it's great that you did so well with the food rice, as well as the NIKOMARU in Hiran 💡.
Indeed, on balance, Yuyamanishiki was delicious👍.
Sagabiyori was released around February 🌾.
