Timeline
ぺっかーるThis is Mr. Okura, who recently signed our book!
Saccharomyces cerevisiae."
It sounds like a Harry Potter spell, but it is not.
It is the name of the oldest yeast.
It has a slightly thickened and gentle taste.
It tastes like fruit juice.
The sweet and sour taste spreads in your mouth.
Is this sake?
It is very tasty and interesting.
I am becoming more and more interested in Okura. ぺっかーるThere it is!
It is a yellow label Yamadanishiki 507.
It's not dewy leaf style.
It's kind of interesting, so I'll put the photos side by side.
This 507 has a sharp taste.
It doesn't have much foaminess, but the fine spread in the mouth makes you feel "Kaze no mori umai~ai! I feel it is "Kaze no Mori Umayoi".
There are many changes in taste, but I like Kaze no Mori right after opening the bottle.
It tastes the best! ぺっかーるAlpha 8 made with 100% brown rice!
I was very much looking forward to this!
Very interesting!
First of all, the color! It is a beautiful golden color.
The aroma is amazing too!
It smells like beer.
It also smells like chocolate!
When you put it in your mouth, the schwash spreads out, but less than usual.
It's the first time I've tasted it~.
It was an exciting and fun taste, like a boozy attraction!
*This is the second day after opening the bottle.
It was very easy to drink!
It seems to have become calmer.
The impression has changed a lot! ぺっかーるI bought a limited edition. Yay!
Every time I have Wind Forest, I say, "Oooh! Yum!" I am so happy to have this limited edition.
This time it was "Wow! Yum!" This time, it was "wow!
There is no aroma immediately after opening the bottle.
It tastes great when you put it in your mouth.
After the sweetness is felt, the sourness spreads.
I felt that the sapidity was lower than that of the previous Kaze no Mori.
It is not as strong as the 807, but it is not light either.
Yesterday was a day off from drinking. I wonder if that had something to do with it....
It is outrageously delicious!
Kaze no Mori is extremely delicious no matter which one I drink!
I'm liking Kaze no Mori more and more~!
I'm going to go fill up another glass, lol. boukenPekkaaru, nice to meet you😊.
It's a rare Kaze no Mori, limited to two liquor stores in Kansai 😆.
I saw you uploaded a photo of the hiyaoroshi fair at Nishinomiya Hanshin the other day, so I wondered if you were in the area. I was wondering if you were in the area 😃. ぺっかーるbouken, nice to meet you!
So it's a rare sake from the Wind Forest!
Lucky you!
Oh, it's Nishinomiya Hanshin, isn't it?
I didn't hesitate to buy "Kouji"!
I think you are probably in the neighborhood, bouken-san. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Pekkar 😃.
You are a ☺️ special 🌪️ wind forest 🌳 that brings spring 🌸 to our house 🤗.
When you really feel it's good, you say, "Wow! Yum!" 😙. ぺっかーるGood morning, Jay & Nobby!
It's the beginning of fall and spring has sprung....
I'm going to say "Wow, it's good! I'm going to have a "Wooooooooo yummy!
I've been thinking a lot about drinking lately... ぺっかーるHere is a story from last week.
A liquor store in Kobe had 807 of Yumachi!
Yay!
It didn't smell like Aizan or Rohafu.
It has a hint of banana and melon, but it is lost in the sizzling acidity.
Compared to the clean Yamadanishiki, the Omachi has a wild impression.
Like the dewy leaf wind, it has a complex flavor that is quite good!
Then there is Akitsuho 807.
I would definitely like to try it!
Kaze no Mori is an interesting sake as well as delicious!
*This is the second day. It smells as bonded as ever. Fun~! ジェイ&ノビィHi Pekkar 😃.
You have 🌪️ wind forest 🌳807 ready for you 🤗 Hope you will meet Akizubo 😌.
This is the way to enjoy the Wind Forest 😃.
Delicious and popular, yet easy to find! Great 👍 ぺっかーるThank you Jay & Nobby for your comments.
I have looked for a Wind Forest distributor - I'll be on the train to buy it!
I'll take the train to go buy it.
It's a 10 minute walk from the station, lol.
It's delicious with that too! ぺっかーるIt is delicious!
It is finally the Akitsuho flagship.
Well, it's delicious!
The taste of pear in the standard schwash.
It's indescribably delicious!
I naturally nod my head lol.
I would like to drink the Alpha series as well! ぺっかーるNaruheso!
Kaze no Mori 807 series.
We had Aizan, next was Rohafu, and this time it was Yamadanishiki.
Very interesting!
They are totally different!
I had a strong impression of the Dew Leaf Breeze, but the Yamada Nishiki is dry.
It is light.
But it sure is delicious!
Unfortunately, there was no Akitsuho....
I haven't had Omachi either.
It's not easy to get it.
However...! It's very fun to compare the tastes! ぺっかーるThe 100th commemorative check-in is "Wind Forest"!
Last time we had 807 of Aizan.
Today it is 807 in the dewy leaf wind.
Very interesting!
It is indeed different.
This dewy leaf wind seemed more powerful.
I want to compare them all!
Next up are Yamadanishiki and Akitsuho!
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo looking forward to it! ma-ki-Good evening, Mr. Pekkar.
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
Wind Forest is delicious 🎵
I've been a big fan of Kaze no Mori since I experienced it for the first time at ALPHA5 ✨.
I hope you continue to enjoy a good drinking experience 😊. ぺっかーるGood evening, Maki-san!
Thank you for your comment!
Wow, I didn't realize how much I enjoy sake (lol).
Sake has been coming up in my dreams lately...
I would like to try various types of Kaze no Mori! ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Pekka Ru 😃.
Congratulations on your 100 check-in ㊗️🎉!
🌪️ wind forest 🌳 is delicious, easy to get and cosy 😚 drinker friendly 😊.
Keep up the super fun 👋! ぺっかーるGood evening, Jay & Nobby!
Thank you for your comments!
The Wind Forest is delicious!
I'm kind of excited lol!
Oh, I'm still no Sentori...
I am super excited about this sake! ジェイ&ノビィGood 👍
No poultry, no life 😄.
Please enjoy 😊. ぺっかーるHi Jay & Nobby.
Yes, I am a member of the "Jay & Nobby" group! I would like to drink it soon! Masaaki SapporoPekkar, nice to meet you😃Congratulations on 100 check-ins 🎉Wind Forest, sounds interesting to compare drinks 😋. ぺっかーるNice to meet you Masaaki Sapporo!
Thank you for your comment!
My sake debut was in Nara.
I hope to enjoy Kaze no Mori! アラジンGood morning, Pekka Ru 😃.
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins: ㊗️
I love Kaze no Mori too, so I was happy to see your post, Pekka Ru: ☺️
Keep up the great sake life 🍶👍! ぺっかーるAladdin, thank you for your comment!
My sake debut started with a comparison of Kaze no Mori, Kido and Umenoyado.
Kaze no Mori is not only delicious but also very deep. I would like to try many different kinds! ゆーへーSnoclet drinking comparison Yamadanishiki version 📝.
Every year when Snoqualmie is released, I've always wanted to compare them, and this year I got to do it ✨.
The first one was Yamadanishiki, which I managed to buy after going through the Oomune's solicitation for a strong sake 💧.
As you can imagine from Yamada Nishiki, it's not too sweet and flows smoothly 💨.
It's dry, so I drank it with sashimi and it went down a treat 🐟.
720 mL ¥ 2,063 ゆーへーThe sweetness comes, but the bitterness comes quickly and seems to clear out.
Kaze no Mori no Haru yo koi, Daisune's limited edition sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays.
I told them I would make a reservation, but they told me I didn't have to go that far to get it.
When I visited there later at the end of the year, I was able to buy it easily.
I don't think they made a big announcement about this season.
Personally, I was more impressed with the bitterness this year, so the dewy leaf style was more delicious 💧.
720 mL ¥ 2,046 ゆーへーSweet nutty and smooth on the tongue.
Alcohol slips through the nose.
A little alcoholic, perhaps because it's a little high in alcohol content.
There may be a little oily magic aroma.
I went to buy Shiki, but for some reason I left the store with a bottle of Furozumi Jusui in my hand 💧.
The owner seems to think I like Yamahai and only drink the sticky type.
I guess if I want to buy Kaze no Mori, Koei Kiku, or Yokoyama, I have to go there during the daytime..................LOL!
Next time, can I buy the four seasons of laughter ⁉️
720 mL ¥1,935 ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Yoohee!
I'm sorry to hear that you bought a very different type 🤣I guess you were forced to buy it? I would like to try the Furozumi spring from Jusui 😁!
And good luck next time in Shiki 😆. boukenHi Yoohee 😃
I think the owner would be more pleased if you buy Yamahai or other habitually strong perverted sake. 🤔
I want him to drink Mai-bijin and Raku-no-sei too, but I think he'll laugh even harder 🤣. ゆーへーGood evening, Mr. Pon. ⭐︎
I'm sorry you remember that I bought Miyako Bijin last time, and I think you think I like strong Yamahai style.
Oh, but this one is quite good with meat dishes and has a strong flavor. ゆーへーGood evening, bouken. ⭐︎
I was so impressed with the tasting that I couldn't say no.......
Well, I'm still buying sake that tastes good, so I wonder how far the level will go from here? ゆーへーThe owner of Dasong told me to take my time and enjoy the taste change 💡 over the course of a month and a half.
4/25Swirling, a little cherry aroma sourness and bitterness clinging to the tongue.
But refreshing, tastes young.
5/19The fullness has increased and the crispness has decreased, but it has become rounder and the acidity has been reduced.
I paired it with a steak and it was delicious 🥩.
6/7The bitterness has increased.
Result.
It was best when opened and refrigerated for a month 🥃.
720 mL ¥ 1,694 ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Yoohee!
A month and a half! You have checked the taste for a long time 😳and after a month, it tastes great 😳It was worth the effort 😊👍. pyonpyonGood evening Mr. Yoohee 😃😃It's good to know that one month after opening the bottle 💡👍️ I will refer to it ✨😌✨. pyonpyonPonchan‼️ Oh, I thought so too❗Don't finish your drink too soon😅Serious man! ポンちゃんIt's amazing that you can wait properly 😆👍 Rafa papaGood morning Yoohee 😃
A month and a half 😳⁉️ awesome 🤣I wouldn't buy it as soon as they said it was taste changing fun 😅... ゆーへーPon, good evening. ⭐︎
What can I say, you might be right that I left it in the fridge lol.
I wouldn't recommend it because of the space issue, though 💧. ゆーへーGood evening, poyonpoyon. ⭐︎
The owner said that if you leave it at room temperature for a few days, you can bring it to this flavor...,
I was too advanced to go that far 💧. ゆーへーHi Rafa, good evening. ⭐︎
The owner seems to think I'm not satisfied with Kaze no Mori or something like that, so he always recommends me something with a stronger flavor.
So I buy Kouei Kiku or Kaze no Mori when it's just the wife lol. ゆーへーIt is super slightly carbonated and tastes a bit caramel-like.
I wonder if this represents orange.
I bought it because everyone reviewed it as orange juice🍹 and I thought it looked good ❗️.
It tastes different from Anastasia and I think the fruity savory goodness is closer to the orange 🍊.
720 mL ¥ 1,815 ゆーへーA little sweetness and youthful bitterness as it pulls away.
Refreshing taste like waking up.
This time, we compared the spring Koei Chrysanthemum.
I couldn't buy it last season, but this year I bought it at my usual Omune.
The bottle is green and fits the flavor image perfectly 🍃.
720mL ¥ 1,815 Rafa papaGood evening Mr. Yoohee😃.
Another drink comparison ❓And Koei Kiku 😳⁉️ envy 🤣Osamune of Sake is near Fujimori's 😊I park my car at Daiei when I go to Fujimori's so I'd like to go there next time 😌. ゆーへーGood morning, Rafa!
Daisou-san always has a decent selection of Kouei chrysanthemums, so I think it's a good idea to buy a large variety ✨.
It's close to Daiei, so you can take a walk there ❗️ うまいうまいHi Yoohee, 🌈
Youthful and awakening are beautiful expressions 👍✨I admire them 🤩. ゆーへーGood morning, good morning, good morning.
I borrowed it from Anastasia, which means "awakening" lol.
I'm not good at expressing myself, so I end up reviewing the same kind of things..., boukenPurchased at Daisou as well as Shunshin.
Mai-bijin has an image of a very sour, interesting and strong sake, which I drank only once in the past.
It only says "Junmai" but it is a 40% polished Daiginjo specs, and although it doesn't say so, it is said to be a draft sake. I knew it was very sour because I tasted it. I thought it was dried plums. I thought it was a dried plum.
It's like Pocari or grapefruit. I know it's not to everyone's taste, but I personally love it. ねむちGood evening, bouken 🌛.
Sour kuse strong liquor💞is super fascinating💞😁. boukenHello Nemuchi 😃
It's so sour you'll get sick if you drink it by itself 😁.
I hope you will try it if you are a strong sake freak 🤣. boukenOn the way home from watching the exchange game, I went to a liquor store that I don't usually visit very often.
The owner is very passionate and I would like to visit more often 🙄.
Sake no Omune is located between Settsuhonyama and Aoki stations.
They carry a wide variety of brands, from well-known brands to brands known only to those in the know.
The brands they carry are Kaze no Mori, Koei Kiku, Yokoyama, Laughing Four Seasons, Miyako Bijin, Furozumi, Okura, Toyoga, Yuraku, Zuikan, Raku no Se, Hanashimi, Etsukaijin, Shunshin, Komatsunin, Maibijin, Shikishima, Nihon-Soul, Bunkajin, Asahikiku, Takashi, Tanzawa, Duan, Souhyo, Sogen, Okuharima, Chiyodakura, Takezumi, Katano Sakura, Hachibei Sakaya, Sankotenkai, Kaiun, Shidaisen, Zanso Hourai, Akiga, Hosui, etc.
When I asked what sweet sake was available at Shunshin, this was the one I was told. I asked him if he had any sweet sake at Harushin. I asked him which sake was sweeter in Harushin, and he said "Mizuhashiroshi" which is also sweet but has a habit of sweetness.
It is made with yeast that produces high malic acid. It is sweet and sour and sweet and spicy. It has a sake strength of -18, but it is also very dry, so even those who like dry sake can enjoy it. It is a strong sake, so it is suitable for warming up.
It seems that mizu-hashiroshi has a habit, but I think this sake is also very good.
I think it is a sake for different people 🤔.
The specs alone make you think it's sweet, but it has a complex flavor.
There was also a sake made with Shunshin beer yeast but it cost almost 3,000 yen 😅. boukenOriented? Cloudy? Cloudy, but no gassy feeling. アラジンGood evening, bouken-san 😃The sake brewery Daisou is a very interesting store with a lot of breweries that brew unique sake that connoisseurs like! I've never had Shunshin, so I'd like to try it sometime 🍶. あーる酒Good evening, bouken 🌙
I drank the same "Shunshin" in April 😊.
It was a little different from other sakes, with a memorable taste, and I hope to encounter it again 🌙. boukenGood evening, Aladdin 😃
Ohmune, the owner is very passionate (and vocal) about alcohol, so please go there 🤗I think it would be a fun place if you become a regular 😁. boukenGood evening Mr. Aaru Sake😃
Aaru Sake's review was also helpful in my purchase 😊It's a sake that shines with a personality that other breweries don't have 😉. ゆーへーIt has a rich nutty aroma, but pulls away with bitterness felt all over the tongue.
It is like a thicker version of Raifuku's Fulpon.
The day before, I went to Awaji Island, but the brewery of Miyako Bijin was closed on Sunday, so I gave up and went home.
The next day, I happened to go to Omune and found three kinds of Miyako-bijin. After listening to the owner carefully, I bought two bottles, one for a bird and one for a rabbit.
I thought I would like to keep it on hand because it is a Yamahai sake with a strong flavor and it matches very well with meat dishes and Chinese food, and it goes well with dishes that have a strong flavor.
720 mL ¥ 1,750 ゆーへーIt was pithy and lightly sweet, with a slight alcoholic bitterness that flowed smoothly.
The bitterness was less pronounced in the Wind Forest, and the sweetness was elegant and quite to my liking.
After receiving information from bouken, I went to Omune at the end of the year, but they were sold out. I asked the proprietress about it, and she said they would have a small quantity in stock at the beginning of the year.
The rice used for the sake seems to change depending on the year, but this time it was a Junmai Ginjo of the dewy leaf style, which had less rice clutter than the regular Kaze no Mori, and had a very good balance of umami and bitterness.
I'm sure I'll be back next year👍.
720 mL ¥ 1,980 boukenGood morning, Yoohee-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I see the specs are different every year 😳when I bought mine, it was Akitsuho. I prefer the dewy leaf wind 😋. ポンちゃんGood morning, Yoohee! ☀️
You drank an unusual label! I'd like to try this drink for a repeat decision 😊. ゆーへーGood evening, Mr. bouken.
Surprisingly, there are not many postings on SAKE WANA, and I am not sure exactly what they are, but it seems that there are three types: Kinuhikari, Akitsuho, and Rusubafu.
I would like to compare it with Akitsuho too. ゆーへーGood evening, Mr. Pong.
The one I drank this time was quite my favorite flavor, and I have been wanting to drink it again for a long time.
It seems that they are accepting reservations, so I will have to check out Omune-san at the end of the year👍. bonchiClear and colorless with a slight fizz. Fruity aroma with hints of pineapple. The intensity of the aroma is medium. Light on the palate. Slightly watery, moderately sweet, sharp acidity with a touch of fizz. Short aftertaste. Scented sake. bonchiTransparent with a faint yellowish tinge. It has a slightly dusty and withered aroma reminiscent of truffles, and a sweet aroma derived from raw materials reminiscent of sakura mochi and Mont Blanc. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is mellow and a little rough. The taste is sweet, rich and complex with a firm acidity. It has a long finish with a lingering flavor that makes it hard to stop even without an appetizer. Mature sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
