A bottle of Sumino Sake Shop's August hanpukai 🍾. From the moment it entered my mouth, it was a full-blown Pinappo, and I could tell that it was one of Hanayuup's most representative bottles 💡. I couldn't get it last year, so I automatically got it in the hanpukai👍 However, it seems to have a strong alcohol taste that comes afterwards, so be careful if you like to drink it: ⚠️ 720 mL ¥ 1,980

More of a green apple aroma and a quick sweetness, but with a bit of bitterness and nuttiness 🍏. Maybe it's not that melon melon. I mean, I don't know much about the taste of high quality melon, so I apologize for describing it this way💧. I bought this bottle when I explored the Taishibashi Imaichi shopping street with bouken-san on August 16 👟. It was my first time to try Shinshin, but I opened it right away because it tasted just like you recommended👍. It was so chilled that it didn't blow after just one open and close 💡. Dairy and Yeast August Corner Report 1📝. It was the last business day of Sumino Brewery before its renovation, so after stocking up with bouken-san, we decided to go to Mystery Chi 🚌. We decided to have a Katori, which I never had a chance to drink because of its strong label 🍶. The sweetness of the alcohol comes through quickly and stays on the palate with a touch of astringency. If you look closely, it says 21 degrees ⚠️

Yamanaka Sake Shop August Corner Launch Report (3) Ohroku is often promoted at Yamanaka. The No. 4 bottle is expensive, so we decided to drink it here where the temperature is well controlled. It has a bit of sweetness and a rummy feel to it, but it flows smoothly 💨. I drank it smoothly, wondering if it is one of the rarest bottles out there since it has 5 silver stars from the label. After this, I met up with bouken-san and we toured liquor stores in Osaka City 👟.

Yamanaka Sake Shop August Kakunai Report (2) Next is Kikuhime. I tried nigori, which I often see but have never had before. ❗️ Creamy mouthfeel, a little sweetness, and flows smoothly 💨. I imagine nigori sake to be very sweet or dry, but this one is right in the middle. If you look closely at the label, it's made with Yoshikawa's Yamadanishiki 👀.

Yamanaka Sake Shop August Corner Launch Report (1) My glasses broke on this day, so I decided to go out to Osaka for a long time 🚈. On my way home, I decided to stop by Yamanaka and have a few drinks 🍶. The first drink was Kaiun Hiyazume. The first drink was a Kaiun Hiyazume, a spec that you don't see very often, so I decided to try it 💡. It has a gentle sweetness like melon, with just a hint of bitterness as it pulls away 🍈. It's so smooth to drink even in the summer, I ran out of it quickly 💧.

When I visited Tanba Sasayama in June, I bought Junmai and Jungin at the brewery 💡. Then Junmai Ginjo🌾. The aroma and sweetness are the same as the Junmai, but there is no nuttiness or bitterness, and the aftertaste is very smooth💨. Those who are looking for the Ho-Naru style may find it lacking, but I liked this one better ✨. I'll have to try the alsobe type next time. 180 mL ¥ 570

Hougein has a rich image, and I didn't have the courage to buy a 4-ounce bottle, so I decided to compare them in 180 mL bottles 🫙. I started with the Junmai 🌾. The aroma and sweetness are like rummy, and the taste is nutty, aromatic, and bitter as you pull away 🥜. It tastes like "Houmei" but has a smooth aftertaste, probably because it's a pure sake. 180 mL ¥ 530

Atago's eyelashes with more glitter labels than usual✨. I was attracted to this design 💡. Later, when I looked at it more closely, I saw that it was made with Hakutsuru-nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, so my expectations were high 🌾.
