Asano Nihon Sake Shop Sannomiya Hakuryu Fair Report 1📝. I was meeting my friend at Motomachi on this day, but we arrived early so we decided to have a quick drink at Asano's 🍶. They were having a Hakuryu Fair in Fukui on that day, so we decided to order a set to compare the different types of Hakuryu 🐉. I was told to start with this one, which was a Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Namaisake). The first one was a Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Namaisake), which was a sweet sake with a slight bitterness from the rice flavor that quickly passed through 💨. The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite👍

2024 Self-Serving Hiran Festival: 1️⃣ 2️⃣ The last one is Nikkomaru. But a set of oorigarami + glass 🥂. To be honest, I was hesitant because of the high price, but I bought it because I thought it would be good (for the points) if it was in Hiran 💳. I thought if they sold regular Nikkomaru, I could compare the two, but they were sold out and I couldn't get it 💧. To be honest, the base taste was the same, but the sweetness was more pronounced due to the orikara flavor 💡. I thought it was the cost of the glass, but oh well💦. 720 mL ¥ 1,3000

It said be careful opening the bottle, but the cork didn't blow out👍. I write this every year, but I'm pretty sure this flavor is Aquarius for adults 💡. 2024 Self-Serving Hiran Festival: 1️⃣ 0️⃣ Different brands, but it's the same Mori Sake Brewery 👍. I've been passing it up because I'm a local and always go back, but when I visited Kotobuki for a while, they had it on tap so I bought it ✨. The sweetness of the rice is overwhelming and after drinking it, you can feel the sweet and sour 💨. I guess it's similar to ice wine 💡. It's good for people who like sweet and sour, but the capacity is small so it ran out quickly 💧. Sake no Kotobuki 500 mL

One of the breweries I regularly visit is the Karibaichi Sake Brewery in Sasayama, Tanba. I stopped by again on my way home from a stay in Tamba Sasayama🚗. I wish I had gone a little earlier in the new sake season, as it was already in cold storage in June 💡. It's been about half a year since the new sake, so you can taste a little bit of a thirstiness, and the sweetness of the apricot-like maturity spreads. Dairy and Yeast June Corner Report 1📝. I wonder if the specs for this one will be a Hashira shochu-brewed Kijoshu. It has a tart apricot-like sweetness and a sourness at the end. There was no alcohol smell of shochu, and the acidity gave it a nice sharpness. Personally, I quite liked the taste✨.

500 check-in is the bastard son of a 14yo dragon that I drank on my birthday 🐉(I checked in a little ahead of time, sorry for the adjustment💦) A bottle of Sumino Sake Shop January hanpukai 🍶. I was so surprised to find such a good bottle in the hanpukai that I opened it on my birthday after waiting for half a year 🍾 (The brewer recommended drinking it within 3 months, but...) We had it for dinner at a hotel in Sasayama, where we rented a whole house, as a digital detox ✨. Needless to say, it tasted like a classy pineapple, and the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness was one that I once again feel is a key point that no other can imitate 🍍. Surrounded by mountains and listening to the birds, it was a relaxing moment for me, even though I am from the countryside, to just zone out and think about nothing 🐧. Fireflies were flying at night, and since I hadn't seen them since I was a child, I couldn't sleep at night because I was so fascinated by them 💧. It is a bit schwiffy and has a grapefruit aroma, but leaves a bitter taste that clings a bit to the tongue. One of the May hanpukai from Sumino Sake Shop. I thought it was Oroku from its appearance, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Jogei. I still don't know the difference between Oroku and Jogi label, but it was grapefruity and tasty anyway, so that's good👍. There are several brands of sake rice that interest me, one of which is Hakutsuru Nishiki 🌾. I like Hakutsuru Sake Brewery's enthusiasm to bring the seriousness of a major company to local sake 👍. This time we had the Toichi version. It has a sweetness that clings to the tongue and flows with a touch of bitterness. Surprisingly mineral and robust. Sakura season is over, but I kept it because I thought it would be delicious to drink when the temperature is a little warmer than it looks ✨.
