Late GW in midsummer ☀️ We planned to have a drink at a park after a long time. We headed to our original destination, Kiba Park, but were overwhelmed by the hordes of BBQ🍖 families. It is a quiet place in a valley of high-rise apartments. Anyway, there are no people. That alone is wonderful! The park is well cleaned and managed. Noto Peninsula Earthquake Sake Brewery Reconstruction Support Sake Noto Hatsusakura➕Tengumai Noto Hatsusakura + Tengu Mai" is a sake to support the recovery of the sake brewery. Sakurada Sake Brewery was completely destroyed by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. The "Noto Hatsusakura Honjozo" miraculously survived. This sake is a blend of "Noto Hatsusakura Honjozo" which miraculously survived and "Tengu Mai" from Kurumata Shuzo, a sake brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture. I have been looking for it since I saw this news and finally came across it. I fell in love with Sakurada Shuzo's "Dakei". I have visited the sake brewery. Naruto sea bream brewing Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery's corner event: ❣️ The 3rd Night Market & Tachikyu at Sake Brewery While chilling out at the market stalls I enjoyed the Kaku-uchi at the brewery while chilling at the market stalls 😁. The event's limited gachapon 🎯 won a 300ml bottle of Junmai! Junmai 300ml winner 🤩! First of all, I drank it on site 🍶. It tasted better than I expected! Now it's time to drink it at home! I know the recommended snack is white sashimi, but Ate Tuna Carpaccio Style with Red Tuna Meat This also goes well with it! I will continue to pursue the Naruto sea bream series 💪!

I received this as a souvenir. It is a sake brewery in Kameoka, upstream from Arashiyama, Kyoto! Junmai Daiginjo "Kanjuku". The price for both 1.5 liter and 4.5 liter bottles is amazing 👀. I was grateful to have a bottle. More than fruity It has a delicate aroma with a delicious taste of rice. It is fully ripe but very smooth to drink! I was told that one gou is a reasonable trial price! It is well worth a try. ‼️

I went to Shakujii Park 🍶 for a weekend park 🚃drinking, but the cold wind was too much. The sake lineup at the izakaya in front of the station where we took shelter was amazing! My first Amanoto! How elegant 😍. But it's a very strong sake 💪. The aftertaste is so refreshing, even though it's a daiginjo. It's a superb sake for a meal: ‼️ It's a great snack!
