The new Hakurakusei sake 🌟🌟! The best sake for a meal, as expected of Hakurakusei 👍! The richness of the ogara-mi and the sweetness on the palate I can feel the sweetness on the palate, but above all, it has a refreshing and exquisite sharp taste. ⚔️ Full house 🈵! I stopped by on my way back to Tokyo 🚃🚄. I've always wanted to stop by a sake bar 🍶 in Osaka. It was sparkling like the New Year. A Daiginjo of Yamadanishiki! Delicate silky bubbles from the second fermentation in the bottle 🫧. Sparkling sake. It's exceptionally delicious 🥰. A lot of things to do at the beginning of the year. Osaka station is very crowded. Dondoko third cup! The sake was made by the Raifuku Sake Brewery and their classmates from the University of Agriculture! Using rice produced by a rice farmer who had been a student of Raifuku Sake Brewery, the owner of the sake bar was the SAKE producer and came up with the idea for this project. It is a very unique sake. Smoked flavor? Sourness from the 🍊? It was very peculiar 💦.

We visited a wonderful sake brewery in Mashiko, famous for its Mashiko pottery. 8th place in the 2023 World Sake Brewery Ranking 🏆. Congratulations 🎈🎉! Nozomu" is not sold at the brewery as it is wholesaled to distributors. No problem as my favorite was "Tsanbana" ❣️ I was able to taste the precious first bottles. I preferred it to daiginjo for my taste buds. 🙆‍♀️ The aroma is gorgeous! After the rich taste, the aftertaste is clean and dry! It has all the good points of unfiltered raw sake! The holy place of Ikebukuro West Exit was I was at the Wakakoma Festival🐎! It's also a juicy festival 😍. I want to conquer this Wakakoma, it's my dream. I had a very moving encounter with Yukihiro Kashiwase, the 6th generation brewer, at the Wakate no Yoruaki (4th picture). I was so impressed to meet him 😁. I was looking forward to the Wakakoma festival in Dondoko. Miyamanishiki 70 and Aizan 90 both Kootsutsukegatai! 🍑🍎 juicey festival The Aizan's deep juicy by a narrow margin. I'm up for it 😆. No, they are both delicious, delicious ‼️😍

Beautiful sake produced by shochu heaven: ❗️ This is the recommendation of a junior shochu drinker at my office. Kagoshima sake? I was half in doubt, It was far more delicious than I had imagined! The richness and juiciness of OMACHI goes without saying. It has a light bitterness, a mouth-watering fruitiness, and an elegant aroma. The taste and elegant aroma are full of fruit. It surely tasted like an expensive sake😅.

Blissful girls' party 🌟 that I rushed to 3 hours after the start. I was supposed to start the event sober, but.............................. I was certified as ataoka and even over the top‼️💪. Ane-sama, Yucachin-sama Chio, Asa-chan & Sukebe-chan🫠. Thanks to the love of the beautiful members of the Girls' Club, I am just going my own way I'm going forward on my own path of decluttering life! The sky is as bright as the heavens ✨Tenmei❣️ I took a lot of photos of Osashin 📷. When I'm having a hard time, I look back at them and get my energy back👍.

Nara Festival following Shinomine ❣️🦌 Nara Sake Trip in September 🍶 and it was delicious beyond imagination! Harushika! Only 700-800 bottles produced! Rare wooden vat brewed sake for the year 2023! Refreshing acidity of the sake yeast, dewy leaf style flavor. ❣️ It is deep, deep and sweet. It is deep, deep and sweet 🌟. I had a dessert sake before dinner. After the dessert sake Oyster ramen with superb taste 🍜🦪! I'm so happy for you ❣️❣️❣️ I hope there will be more direct work from Hamamatsucho ^_^!
