阿佐波This is a fixed point observation of the Ikebukuro East Exit basement. It is the season for year-end parties, but we were able to get in without a reservation! It's a bit of a hideout. God 🌟! Sweet and sour sake brewed with white malted rice. It is made from 100% Saga no Hana (flower of Saga)! I had an image of sweet sake from Saga. White wine & citric acidic ❣️ Wednesday was a light drink, even though it was an acid day ‼️ I even got to taste Sanuki Kuraudei as a bonus. I had a good day at work. I had a voluntary reward drink 🍶. It was delicious😍.

阿佐波The holy place of Ikebukuro West Exit was I was at the Wakakoma Festival🐎! It's also a juicy festival 😍. I want to conquer this Wakakoma, it's my dream. I had a very moving encounter with Yukihiro Kashiwase, the 6th generation brewer, at the Wakate no Yoruaki (4th picture). I was so impressed to meet him 😁. I was looking forward to the Wakakoma festival in Dondoko. Miyamanishiki 70 and Aizan 90 both Kootsutsukegatai! 🍑🍎 juicey festival The Aizan's deep juicy by a narrow margin. I'm up for it 😆. No, they are both delicious, delicious ‼️😍

Beautiful sake produced by shochu heaven: ❗️ This is the recommendation of a junior shochu drinker at my office. Kagoshima sake? I was half in doubt, It was far more delicious than I had imagined! The richness and juiciness of OMACHI goes without saying. It has a light bitterness, a mouth-watering fruitiness, and an elegant aroma. The taste and elegant aroma are full of fruit. It surely tasted like an expensive sake😅.

Ane-sama, Yucachin-sama Chio, Asa-chan & Sukebe-chan🫠. Thanks to the love of the beautiful members of the Girls' Club, I am just going my own way I'm going forward on my own path of decluttering life! Rare wooden vat brewed sake for the year 2023! Refreshing acidity of the sake yeast, dewy leaf style flavor. ❣️ It is deep, deep and sweet. It is deep, deep and sweet 🌟. I had a dessert sake before dinner. After the dessert sake Oyster ramen with superb taste 🍜🦪! I'm so happy for you ❣️❣️❣️ I hope there will be more direct work from Hamamatsucho ^_^!

阿佐波Mid-week, I was able to leave early. I wanted to hang around a bar, I wanted to hang out at a bar, but I ended up at the usual I'm happy as long as it's good to drink 🤤. My first W! Beautiful sweet taste as they say 😍. Maybe it's good as a food sake. I compared it with Kangiku, which has a sweetness that is easy to understand. It is easy to understand sweetness. This one is not too sweet and has an elegant sharpness. I liked it! Even though it is 45% polished I guess the label is "Junmai" even though it is 45% polished 😁. Cool ‼️

Aizu Kitakata Ramen Aikizuna, a sanctuary in Jujo on the Saikyo Line Aizu's sake selection is Probably the best in Tokyo ❗️ Akebono Sake Brewery's Akebono Sake Brewery Tenmei Nakadori Honsei Oorigarami I paired it with Aizu Yama-Shio Ramen Mildly salty soup to go with it The soup is a mildly salty soup that goes on and on and on 😍. The best nouveau sake 🍶 with a dry aftertaste from the juiciness of its youthfulness. The best nouveau sake 🍶. I love Aizu! The owner of the restaurant is so nice! Speaking of TUAT, ‼️ Dewazakura🌸 Tokyo Univ. of Agriculture's limited edition sake I bought it at the market of Tokyo University of Agriculture's Harvest Festival. I bought it at the harvest market of the University of Agriculture. The Dewazakura Sake Brewery, where Chikara Urasato, a young and proud Tsukuba resident, spent two and a half years training after graduating from the Tokyo University of Agriculture. Princess Michiko, a yeast isolated from a special rose presented by Queen Elizabeth of England. Junmai Ginjo, limited edition sake from Tokyo University of Agriculture. It is a limited edition sake. It has a sweet and somewhat noble aroma. Mild on the palate, sweet and gentle! Speaking of flower yeast as well👍I also want to drink Raifuku: ❣️

The brewer is of the same generation as me, The generation of the dawn of young people.... Wakate, Wakate. What a beautiful sound 🎵Reliable! I envy you 😁. Speaking of Urasato Shuzo here, they are famous for their Kiri-Tsukuba brand, but..., The new brand "Urasato" was launched by the 6th generation brewer, Chikara Urasato, who is now in charge of brewing. The brand uses "Gin-no-sato," a sake brewed with Ogawa yeast produced by Chikara Ogawa, the developer of the Ogawa yeast from which Chikara's name is derived. Perhaps, no, definitely, we were served by President Mukai! No way, President ⁉️ I was so excited that I was halfway through my blubbering 😣📸. He was so kind and polite in his busy schedule, and explained everything to us, Thank you very much ‼️ And then we purchased The rice is made from Kame-no-o, a fantastic sake rice. The reason why we bought it was because of the good luck of cranes and turtles, The sake was named "Tsurunoe/Kame-no-o" instead of "Aizu Chusho", This sake is named "Tsurunoe/Kame-no-o" because of the lucky combination of a crane and a turtle. Here it is. It tastes soooo good! ‼️ I know my vocabulary is too poor, but it's too much, Whether you like juicy or and "umami" lovers and those who like sharpness I confidently recommend it to everyone I confidently recommend this 💯 perfect sake😍. I will come back to Aizuwakamatsu! Definitely!

I went to Fukushima (Shirakawa, Koriyama, Aizuwakamatsu) for a sake trip! I searched for a good sake store near the Shirakawa Interchange where I got off for ramen noodles, I bought a bottle of Hirotogawa Special Junmai 😍. The owner and his wife were very kind and polite and explained to us about their excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. When I told them my preferences, they recommended the following Aruga Brewery "Seikyu Sama A 50% polished Junmai Ginjo from Fukushima Prefecture. It was a first time for me to taste the rice as well as the brand name. It is delicious! It is delicious! Glossy~❣️ The sweetness lingers after it goes down the throat. Super long! Enjoying a happy Fukushima sake trip 🍶😍.

阿佐波I came across the brewery event at Isetan, Kyoto Station, the final stop on my Keihanna🍶 trip and bought this! It's so sparkling 🌟! Modern and juicy as it looks! A beautiful sake with a fresh sweet aroma that is typical of nama-sake 😍😍😍😍. It's my type of sake! Concept, design concept, design, etc. I think this is a very aggressive brewery 🥰.

We enjoyed 104 brands of sake from 54 breweries in the prefecture! We participated in the festival. Hirotogawa, Collage, Tobiroki, etc. After tasting the parade of famous sake, After tasting the parade of excellent sake, we went to the sales tent, where they were out of stock one after another. The trophy sake in such a situation is Yaemon! The trophy sake was Yaemon, a daiginjo brewed with water from the Iide mountain range. What kind of sake is it? I was under the impression that it was a very good sake, but it was deliciously clear! It has a refreshing sharpness that is typical of aluzoe with a strong umami of rice. It can be served with pickles, sashimi, shaomai, and even onigiri rice balls to finish off the meal.
