I thought it would go well with Oroku's unique spicy and umami taste. I was right, it was a bingo 💖.
And my favorite, the garland chrysanthemum salad ✨, simply dressed with sesame oil, chicken broth, and shirasu (baby sardines), is simple but exquisitely delicious, and the harmony of the aroma of the sesame oil and the flavor of Oroku is also good. ‼️
