I googled a nice sake store in Atsugi💓.
It was my first time to visit Isojiman!
I had a chance encounter in Atsugi, not in my hometown Shizuoka 😂.
I found a bottle of special honjozo in the back of the fridge.
I brought home a bottle of special honjozo from the back of the fridge.
It's fruity and smells great!
So it's a honjozo?
It was a more elegant ginjo sake🍶 than I imagined!
I don't usually drink aluzoe, but,

Ashigara Sake Brewery
It is a rare sake brewery, but the tasting room, direct sales place, and sake brewery café have a nice atmosphere. ☺️ I spent a quiet moment in the nostalgic rural setting!
I enjoyed the tasting and took some home to drink.
Fruity, delicious and sweet😍!
I was recommended to try it with a glass of wine.

Tobu's Sake Market always has a great lineup of Nanada ❣️, but today I was torn between Aiyama and this one too 😁.
The takeaway was Shunyo, a low-protein sake rice!

I actually remembered visiting a sake brewery a long time ago! Before the fire, I made a trip to Yuki Sake Brewery as my destination, and they were neighbors less than 100 meters away. It brought back memories of the Umami Junmai sake I purchased at that time!
And the sake rice is Omachi ❣️ and I am soaking in the rich umami sweetness from high in the sun. Drinking on the balcony 🍶 with the deepening autumn sky 🍂 as a snack 😍.
