Purchased at Yamauchiya @ Nippori
The brewery is
Yoshikawa Brewery in Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture
The name of the brewery is "Ameuri" (meaning "rainfall" or "flood").
The brewery uses naturally occurring elements such as lactic acid, yamahai, and mizumoto, flexibly depending on the quality of the sake, to create a unique rich, sour, sweet and sour taste. I really liked the green apple 🍏 I bought when I visited the brewery! I was also impressed by the lineup, which is quite an aggressive concept, and I had given up on the idea of buying it in Tokyo,
I had given up on the idea of buying it in Tokyo, but I found it at a liquor store I strolled into while strolling around Nippori!
Stylish bottle design💕
Nama-moto! No.6 yeast! Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture!
Smoky and dark chocolate aftertaste! Perfect balance of exquisite mellow sweetness😍!
I read the description on the label again, and I see why it's so delicious 😆.
I want to go back to Isehara again. 🏍️
