Takachiyo after a long time. And it's a limited edition of 930 bottles nationwide❗. When I was watching Facebook, I found a post from a liquor store. I reserved it immediately. I was able to buy it the next day 🎵. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I think it's a great idea. I'm sure you'll love it! The aroma was sweet and sour, the sweetness was moderate, it was dry and bitter. It's delicious 🎵. I wonder if the taste will change after the second day😁. I had an image of sweeter Takachiyo. I can't stop drinking sake because there are so many ways to expand it. The other day, I ordered some more from a liquor store online in Kansai 😋. If you still have it, try to get it 🎵.

Finally, I️ managed to succeed in capturing it over two years on the WWW. After ordering various kinds of sake from Kikanuma's online shop, I got the information that Kabutomushi was in stock. I called the shop immediately. They were able to make an additional order for us. It has a fresh and fruity aroma like grapefruit or lemon, and the sourness stands out, making your mouth crispy. It's delicious 🎵. Today I had it with salted yakitori and thick cut bacon. I wish I could capture and drink it every year🎵.

First Sake Lesson in Kagawa Prefecture Sanuki Kurandoi I've been curious about this for a long time, seeing YouTube and posts by Sake no Wa🎵. I went to the liquor store to pick up the winter month of the hanpukai. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. Probably one of the last bottles😅. I bought it without hesitation🎵. I let it sit for a while and opened the bottle today. It's a great way to start the day, and it's a great way to start the day. The aroma is fresh and fruity, like green apples🎶. Plenty of ice backfires and the characteristic sweet and sour taste is weak😅. There was a lactic acidity like Calpis 🎵. The sweet and sour taste came out properly with 2 or 3 glasses of ice. Yummmm 🎵. The alcohol is 6%, so I drank a lot and already half of it😅. I'll save it for tomorrow🎵.

The first Hato Masamune🕊️. I was curious about the apple yeast one, but they had a summer sake, so I started with this one. The aroma is gorgeous and refreshing, just like summer sake🎶. In the mouth, the sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. It's not too sweet, but the acidity is strong. I think I'm going to gulp it down!

The first Kamonishiki. It is a summer sake with a cargo tag❗ No! It's delicious! ⤴️ I've been curious about it for a long time, since it was introduced by Sake no Wa and on YouTube. It's a summer sake, and it has a fresh, fruity, grapefruit-like, refreshing aroma. It says it's "fresh and light", but it has a pronounced sweetness, a bit of gas, and a crisp, short finish after drinking. There are so many different types of packing sake😅. I'd like to try the other ones too🎵.

First Two Rabbit 🐇🐇 From its tart appearance, it has a sweet fruity scent, though not too assertive. In the mouth, after the sweetness comes, the rich flavor and acidity wraps them in a well-balanced way, and the sharpness is also good❗ Delicious 🎵🎵🎵! The impression is enough even by itself. Sweet ministry️Fruity and juicy ministry️. Araduki and Oshikiri (blame?) The limited product of Junmai Daiginjo which merged the 🎵. This time, the Yamadanishiki is polished up to 40% and it's delicious! The first one was made with 35% polished Yamada Nishiki, but it sold out quickly😅. The best thing about this product is that it is very easy to drink. The sweet aftertaste lingers for a long time. I don't have it in hand yet, but the Hououmida made by Sake Mirai will be arriving soon, so I'll compare 🎵.

This is the fourth one purchased from Kaki Numa's online shop. The first Shichibondari❗. Also, this sake is from a collaboration with a toji who used to brew Sawaya Matsumoto. You can't help but expect this 🎵! The aroma is sweet and reminiscent of bananas. The alcohol in it? Semedyne? I'm not sure if it's a bad thing or not. Personally, I don't think it bothers me. The mouthfeel is easy to drink because of the low alcohol content (13%), and the sourness is strong. Therefore, the impression is moderate sweetness. It is a dangerous sake that is very tasty and can be drunk easily 🎵.

This is the third one purchased from Kaki Numa's online shop. Kido after a long time❗ Sparkling Junmai Daiginjo❗ I was a bit nervous to open the bottle, because it was a warning and it was different from the usual bottle. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to do it again, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it again. The aroma is fresh and fruity, like sweet muscat or apple. It's sweet, but thanks to the squeezy gassiness, it washes your mouth clean and leaves no lingering aftertaste, leaving you wanting another sip🎵! Yum! ⤴️ It's not so alcoholic, so it's easier to drink, and I'm sure I'll be guzzling it down on a hot day! I think I'll try drinking it with ice tomorrow 😉.

First time in Tenmyo❗ Evening drinking while watching the Hollywood version of GODZILLA with the family 🏠😳₋ We had an early summer raw Seme. Seasonal Sake Seme blended with the second half of the Nakadori series Seme and Junmai Daiginjo Sake Seme 🌃 Buy it at Kikanuma's online shop. The first cup has a refreshing aroma, but not too strong. The sourness is not so strong, and it is sweet but refreshing. After drinking, the aftertaste is refreshing. When I poured the second cup...oh⁉️ There was a little bit of origins😅. The ginjo aroma is stronger than the first, but mild and refreshing. On the palate, it's sweeter and easier to drink. You can feel the bitterness, and because of that, your mouth feels clean❗. I went on and on and drank three glasses 🎵. I'd like to try the other ones too 😁🎶

Dry and squishy for hot weather. First Sanzenmori ❗ Sparkling ❗ There was also nigori on the WWW It was the first sake in a long time that had almost no sweetness. I don't think it had much of an aroma either. It's good for a sake with a refreshing dry and bitter taste😁.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I think it's a good idea. When I was looking for a low alcohol type of summer sake, I found it🎵. Taisetsukei❗ 🎉 It's my first time 🎉. Today is the second day of opening the bottle. Refreshing and fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is light and a little tangy and gassy on the tongue🎵. It's a delicious sake that you won't get tired of drinking 😉.

I wanted to drink liqueur for the first time in a long time, so I had a liqueur of Bijou, Ponshuwa. It has a refreshing citrus aroma of ponkan, juicy, moderately sweet, sour, very easy to drink and 6% alcohol. Even if I drank it slowly, I finished it in two days 🎵. You might want to drink more liqueurs in the coming hot season🎵.

It's Mother's Day and we're celebrating with sushi and yakitori🎉. I thought it would go well with that, so I opened a bottle of Katsuyama Special Junmai En. It's dry and refreshing, but the sweetness and flavor of the rice makes it very easy to drink and goes well with sushi🎵. I drank it chilled this time, but the label says the best drinking temperature is 8-20℃. Certainly the higher the temperature, the stronger the sweetness and the more drinkable it became🎵. This makes me want to try other brands too😁. It's so good ⤴️.

I finally got a drink. Last autumn, my brother and his family used Goto Travel to travel to Hokkaido, souvenir rose I've had it for more than half a year. I thought it was time to drink it, so I chilled it in the fridge for a few days and opened the bottle 🎵. It has a fruity aroma, but it is very mild. The label says that it is made from 100% sake compatible rice from Hokkaido, but a quick search on the internet shows that it is made from Comet and Kitashizuku. (The homepage of the brewery uses Kitashizuku) When I drank it, I found a good balance between sweetness and acidity, with a lingering sweetness that's far away but you can feel it 😅 maybe. Personally, I think it's good for a sake during meals. It's delicious❗ But the price is too high for me to buy it w

It's been a long time since I saw Mamuro Sugikan This time we had the Roman series, Grazie a Dio🎵. It has a fruity aroma and a slightly yellow appearance. The first sip was like a sweet white wine. Sweet and juicy, not so much alcohol feeling. As you drink it, there is a bitterness and a dry feeling, and the alcohol is a little low at 13 degrees, so you can drink it easily🎵. It's delicious 🎵Best 🎵Best 🎵Best 🎵! I think you can drink this by itself, and it might be good with fish dishes.

First time in Kagoshima❗ First time in Tenshi ministry️. It's delicious 🎵. I found Junmai on the internet and popped it👍. Fruity but mild. At the first sip, the acidity is strong. As I continued to drink it, the sweetness spread and the bitterness came and it became sharp. It's not too sweet, so I think it's a good sake for a meal. It's only 300ml, so even if I drink it slowly, it will be gone by tomorrow. It's delicious 🎵← I said it twice

Winter Moon🌛 of the hanpukai that I had reserved and was going to drink in March. I let it sit for a month. It seems to be a spring sake😅. The yeast used is Okayama Hakuto yeast, so the aroma is sweet and fruity like white peaches🎶. It has a refreshing sourness and a smooth mouthfeel, with a moderate sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😉. I would pair it with grilled chicken (salted) or dishes with shellfish like the label says😁. I noticed you've reached 100 check-ins 🎉🎉🎉. I'm still drinking it awww. Just let me update slowly😅. Speaking of which, can you buy Winter Moon normally? I've only ever bought it by pre-order from Morita Shoten 😅.

Occasionally, you can enjoy a different kind of alcohol. This is my first Kirinzan cup sake! I was attracted by the cute hiragana and green label, so I bought it. The aroma is mild and not too fruity. However, it is full of rice flavor and disappears quickly without leaving any lingering aftertaste. It's very easy to drink and very tasty, so I'm thinking of changing the way I drink it, such as with a different kind or with a hot sake.
