It's Mother's Day and we're celebrating with sushi and yakitori🎉.
I thought it would go well with that, so I opened a bottle of Katsuyama Special Junmai En.
It's dry and refreshing, but the sweetness and flavor of the rice makes it very easy to drink and goes well with sushi🎵.
I drank it chilled this time, but the label says the best drinking temperature is 8-20℃. Certainly the higher the temperature, the stronger the sweetness and the more drinkable it became🎵.
This makes me want to try other brands too😁.
It's so good ⤴️.
