Araduki and Oshikiri (blame?) The limited product of Junmai Daiginjo which merged the 🎵.
This time, the Yamadanishiki is polished up to 40% and it's delicious!
The first one was made with 35% polished Yamada Nishiki, but it sold out quickly😅.
The best thing about this product is that it is very easy to drink.
The sweet aftertaste lingers for a long time.
I don't have it in hand yet, but the Hououmida made by Sake Mirai will be arriving soon, so I'll compare 🎵.
