Winter Moon🌛 of the hanpukai that I had reserved and was going to drink in March.
I let it sit for a month.
It seems to be a spring sake😅.
The yeast used is Okayama Hakuto yeast, so the aroma is sweet and fruity like white peaches🎶.
It has a refreshing sourness and a smooth mouthfeel, with a moderate sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😉.
I would pair it with grilled chicken (salted) or dishes with shellfish like the label says😁.
